They provided everything!

From shampoo to beach towels you name it we had it! This place is also the closest to the beach that we have ever stayed! We enjoyed our time so much and everything was amazing!

Great Anniversary Getaway

Spent our 20th anniversary here and absolutely fell in love with the area and house!! Can’t wait to get back down there again and hopefully spend more time here!!

Best Stay Ever

We have spent many vacations in FL and AL but this was by far our best trip due to the well stocked house with many amenities such as beach towels and beach equipment. Be Our Guest staff were responsive to questions we had and the fresh flowers were a warm welcome. We loved our stay at Fishlips and hope to return!

When we showed up this year, the sand had been pulled out all the way to the dunes. We paid for beachfront but unfortunately, and to no one’s fault, got no beach access from the home :(

FishLips

Perfect home for our extended family vacation. The house was great and stocked with everything you would need! The pool was clean and well maintained. We did pay the extra fee for heating the pool (in March), and it was well worth it since it was a little cool and windy during our stay! We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year!

We love everything about Fishlips: the location, the house, the beach gear (chairs, floats, 2 kayaks, paddle board, toys) and the pool (fab)! Be Our Guest staff are so attentive and answered all of our questions quickly; Donna was so very nice and responsive from booking throughout our stay. We are already planning our trip for to FishLips for 2026!

Great beach getaway

Enjoyed the week at fishlips. Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from all living levels of the home. Every beach toy you’ll need for your stay and an over abundance of items for cooking and dining. The balcony is great for star gazing and the screened in porch listening to the waves crash into the beach made for a pleasant backdrop during lunches.

Great House

We had 6 kids under 12 years old and this house is perfect. They were able to freely run back and forth between the pool and beach while the parents relaxed on the beach . The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and there is plenty of room in the house to spread out. We would definitely book this house again .

Everything we dreamed of

The location is fantastic, very quiet and laid back. The pool was so nice that the kids didn’t want to swim in the ocean! There was ample beach gear and pool toys. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and spotting a group of manta rays. The second dishwasher, ice maker and beverage fridge made this our favorite house on the cape!

Memorable stay at Fishlips on Cape San Blas

The property is a beautiful well appointed home right on the beach. The home had comfortable linens, tons of space, ample supplies for everyone. Tons of beach goods and games, fast internet, and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our Christmas holiday although it was cold the first few days due to the unprecedented East Coast cold spell, the house was warm, comfortable and you can’t beat the beautiful ocean view. Once it warmed up we flew kites on the beach, watched dolphins swimming off shore and had fun exploring lighthouses in the area. It was a memorable family vacation.

Wonderful Spot on the Cape!!

Loved staying at Fish Lips. The pool is fantastic and great/easy beach access. Had a blast playing games in the evening while listening to the waves. One day we had an issue with the main floor AC Unit. Called the property manager and they had someone on site who fixed it within 90 minutes. Great service, communication and management. Thanks for a relaxing and fun week!

When you walk in you get a sense of calm and a feeling of great cheer surrounded by great decor and spacious living. The amenities in this home are remarkable-they have thought of all your needs. There are numerous board games, pet toys, books, kitchen supplies, a TV in each bedroom and bathroom amenities you need. The outdoor space is like none other with the best pool area and outdoor dining. The management company was outstanding and so prompt with any question or solving any problems. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for a family or group of friends. It is a piece of heaven!

Fabulous Fishlips!

Our family and friends had a blast at Cape San Blas while staying at Fishlips! The house itself is in an area that is upscale and well-maintained. It is right on the beach, and in perfect position to view the dolphins, and even a couple of surfers! The pool is quite lovely although the weather did not permit swimming. Fishlips was spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were over the top beautiful…lots of hot water always The kitchen was well appointed with tons of space for food prep. We did have some difficulty getting the TV set up and working, but the manager was diligent in working this out for us as soon as possible. We would heartily recommend a stay at Fishlips.

Family Fun at Fishlips!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals, especially Donna D., was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Cape San Blas is a beautiful, “Old Florida” style area which suits our family perfectly! Upon arrival, the automated check-in process worked like a charm. We were greeted by fresh flowers and a personal note. Our rental, Fishlips, was super clean and a great set up for our family with one single adult, six married adults, and a toddler. The fun decor adds so much as we enjoyed meals on the screened porch watching the magnificent sunsets. With a room filled with everything one could ever need (adult and kids) for beach or pool, the days were filled with swimming, walking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and playing on the beach all day only to end with a relaxing swim in the beachside pool. Convenient to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. All descriptions of the house, amenities and the area given by Be Our Guest were spot on. We will definitely be returning and would happily recommend to family and friends. (Those with physical limitations might find the private beach access difficult at times, depending on what the layout of the beach is on any given day.) Perfect stay for fun family memories!!

Overall, a Good Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and had an amazing view of the gulf and beach going south. The porches were amazing! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and upstairs porch. The inside was nice. The kitchen had been renovated. The bathrooms need a renovation. They were the only interior part that was a little disappointing. The only negative aspect of the home was the beach. Due to the tide, we did not have a beach front in front of the home. If you wanted to set up chairs and umbrellas, you had to walk about 100 yards down the beach. The other aspect was the tide and water were impacting the only beach access we had. There were a few days that you had to step down about 3 feet from the path to get onto the beach. It was even harder to get back up. I know they can't control the tide or gulf, and it could have just been the time of the month/year that we were there. However, it would have been nice to know when booking. Thankfully, we had the pool since the beach was not a good option due to access. Overall, it was a nice home and amazing views! Not sure if we would ever rent it again due to the beach access.

Plenty of detergent for washers, too. The pool is beautiful and the loaded beach gear closet did not disappoint! Thanks for the bear gear credit as well so we could also get bikes and a few more regular beach chairs. Most of the chairs in the closet were more like camping chairs but still loved having plenty! Would stay here again!!

With easy beach access and a super large pool, our family enjoyed the water all week. The home is stocked with your needs for the week including gas grill for relaxing family dinners at home, TWO dishwashers, and ice maker, adorable beach dishes, and even beach towels. Picture perfect sunsets every evening, nothing compares to this view! This is our favorite home by far!
