Impressed by this property and hosts. Better than the pictures show. Very clean and well stocked. Love the layout and the beautifully decorated house. Great beach access for our ride. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing with excellent beach access.

I scheduled annual family vacation with adult children and teenage granddaughters. Fabulous spot without the congestion of crowded beach, short 15 minute drive to grocery store and restaurants, and yet small local market and excellent local restaurant nearby. The amenities of the home were comfortable and similar to home environment. The deck and sunroom was so convenient to enjoy and relax. Highly recommend for relaxing, also fishing and wildlife were enjoyable even for the teenagers!

Relaxing Brean Trip

Probably one of the most relaxing trips we've taken in years. Great house away from the hustle and bustle, great floor plan and only 25 or so yards from the beach! We felt as if we were stating at our family house... Communication before and during trip was excellent!!!

An Absolute Gem

You have to book it to believe it! The setup of the house is wonderful. The gardens are beautiful. The decor through out is so tasteful. The beach is a hop skip and jump away!!! What more could you ask for, oh, seafood! I love this house… Marty P. Newburgh IN

Pelican Pass

This property is very comfortable and well maintained. Steps up to house were easier than some we’ve had at other houses in the area. Beach was very close — 50 feet from the house. Would love to stay here again!

Mom's 85th birthday getaway.

We had a great relaxing time. Stairs are getting a little too much for mom. She did enjoy the golf cart we rented from port st. Joe patio. It was there when we arrived and had plenty of gas for the week. We were able to show mom alot more of the beach than she normally would see. We road around the neighborhood. Had such a great time. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful house with us and for sending my forgotten shoes back to me.

Wonderful Home for Family Time

We had a wonderful week at Pelican Pass! The home is spotless and has many amenities that made our week fantastic. We enjoyed the location to the beach and the water views. We spent our days on the beach playing in the water, fishing, and lounging. We were often out on the beach until after sunset and back out to see the sunrise. We also enjoyed some yard games in their well manicured yard. The home offered the perfect amount of space for our 4 children that range in age from 23-14.They all agreed this was one of their favorite vacations and have already put in requests to return. The owners were awesome about communicating with us and were very helpful about resources in the area. Thank you for such a great week! We will be back!

Relaxing getaway!

This is our 2nd time at this house & it was amazing again! Our family & pup loved the secluded beach area! We also love how short of a walk it is to the beach & enjoying the views from the porch! Everything you need & more at the house! We also rented a golf cart for the extra convenience & also to enjoy riding around on the beach. Looking forward to coming back again!

I wish we could stay here forever! Perfect in every way. Very clean, nicest host I’ve ever encountered, and everything one needs. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Beach gear available on the property and beach towels. Beach is NOT crowded at all! My family and I love Indian Pass and will definitely stay at Pelican Pass again!

Mom's 84th birthday trip

The house was very accommodating. The neighborhood was nice to walk the dog in and the porches were nice for all day leisure. The beach was visible from porch, easily accessible and dog friendy. Beachside stairs were easier for my mom to maneuver.
