We had an ok stay at this rental but there were some issues. When we arrived the elevator was out of service. I have mobility issues. The ONLY reason I rented here was the elevator. There was no notice given that the elevator was out of service. No elevator meant I had to struggle up two flights while my 66 year old husband transported all of our belongings. Since it was late when we arrived I didn't contact Sarah until the next day. She was very responsive and apologetic and had a sense of humor which I applaud. The part arrived and the elevator was working that day.Another problem became evident when our toddler granddaughter took off her shoes and ran around the unit. Her feet became black. We washed them, Five minutes later her feet were black...not just dirty but black. It was so strange because the floors looked clean.The furniture in the living room is older and uncomfortable, but the beds are extremely comfortable. The last straw was the construction going on in what sounded like the next unit. It was extremely loud. Again, I understand that construction has to take place but this was all day Saturday and most disturbing Easter Sunday afternoon. Again, we received no notice that there would be construction happening close by. When my daughter rented a unit somewhere else she was notified in advance and there was compensation for the inconvenience. Since the noise was extremely loud this would have been appreciated.All in all this was only an ok stay.
