  • Welcome to "Gone Coastal" Enjoy all that Windmark Beach has to offer with a retreat to this newer home (Built in 2021). The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sits just two blocks from the beach, it is an easy 5 min walk or shorter bike ride to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf coast. This home features all the amenities you would expect to have to entertain the entire family. With Roku TV's in every room, 2 E-Bikes and 7 beach cruiser bikes plus a tag along for the littles, 2 paddle boards that convert into a kayak, and we even provided 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with 3 beach umbrellas. Amazing location with one of the closest homes to the Windmark Village town center Restaurants, Live music, ice cream and candy shops are all with in a short walk. The Resort style pool (Heated in Winter) offers plenty of lounge chairs with a beach entry for the kids. Have fun ridding around the village in the 6 seat custom lifted golf cart (included) enjoying the sunsets and soaking up the sun. "Newly added patio with a smoke less Fire Pit" and yes the firewood is provided. There is no better place to come stay for a relaxing beach vacation! If you are tired of all the traffic and hustle and bustle of Destin and Panama City Beach then this is the place for you. This is where small town Southern charm meets the ocean. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets around a bonfire on the white sand beaches. The town of Port St. Joe has something for everyone, from shopping the local shops to exploring the light house in the harbor, to sight seeing tours, boat rentals and fishing charters. Our family loved this house! It had every amenity imaginable. You basically just had to show up with a carryon and the rest was handled! The hosts were great and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The home was comfortable and clean. The community was quiet and the shops and trails were fun. Area attractions were minimal, but the beach was great. Our kids and dogs had a great time!

Beautiful and Enjoyable

This is a great place to stay. The home is beautiful and close to shopping and places to eat. The amenities are great to have and close to the beach. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great spot, kids absolutely loved the arcade games, bunk beds, and the bikes were a huge hit. The golf cart was both fun and functional. Beach chairs were in great shape, the towels provided were such a nice thing to not have to remember to pack, boogie boards, corn hole.. it was all ready for use and so convenient. Stress-free to have all the amenities you’d want and need at your fingertips so you can just slide right into vacation mode with the family and enjoy in a safe, quiet, beach neighborhood.

We travel quite a bit and this was the BEST place we’ve “vacationed” as a family of 5!! The owners were prompt and clear with thorough instructions via email. The house was stocked with things you need as a traveling family” from laundry and cleaning supplies to tons of fun equipment from a Golf cart, E-bikes, and even sand toys. The kids room included Video Game arcade style consoles and the living room console had an array of family games to choose from…not once during this stay did I hear someone say they were bored…I call that a Mom-Win!! Thank you to the Brooks for making our stay in Gulf County so comfy, so easy, and so fun!!

We’ll be back

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed! We took advantage of everything that came with it: BBQ, fire pit, golf cart and bikes! Great location to visit the various beaches in the area. Close to downtown too!

Perfect location and amenities

We loved our stay. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get around the neighborhood and to beach with the wonderful golf cart. Cooler and beach chairs/toys were a huge plus!

Really nice house and yard. Family friendly with a lot of games and beach gear. We enjoyed the electric bikes also. It was very convenient to drive the golf cart to the beach or pool. The pool was also very nice and big with a splash pad and playground.

Fantastic getaway

The house had everything we needed and more with plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart was a big hit making trips to the beach, pool, candy and ice cream shops such a fun experience.

The Windmark Community felt like a high end resort with its manicured lawns, heated pool, and elegant Christmas lighting. This home was perfect for two small families and we all felt comfortable in the open kitchen, dining, and living room space. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and we all loved riding the bikes. The final special touch was loading up on the golf cart and riding through “town” to the beach. The host is easy to reach, responsive, and kind. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Peaceful Paradise

I can not tell you enough how much we enjoyed this home. I just lost my dad and we took a little getaway to relax and recharge. I am so thankful to have found this little community.

Wonderful

The accommodations were wonderful. The use of the golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and grab food at the main area of Windmark beach. It was never busy and a cute hideaway. So much wildlife! Our favorite part was just chilling on the beach watching the sunsets every evening. If we came back, we'd stay here again. It was a lovely area, lovely home, and we made some great memories.
