Very nice home in a peaceful quiet area. The house was very updated and spacious. The only negative thing I have to say is that beach towels aren’t provided like it’s shown in the picture.

Wonderful trip

This place was just as it said it would be. Very clean and roomy. We had a wonderful time. The only deaw back was it wasn't as close to beach as we thought it would be but it wasn't a big deal. With as many people as we had we preferred to just take the short driver so we would've have to carry stuff back and forth. Over all we would definitely go back again and stay at same condo. . look forward to another trip next yr .

We never received any information about how to get in to our house until I called I messaged days ahead, the window seals had dead flys and dirt the sink faucet was falling off the upstairs bathroom door handle fell off and my husband had to put it back on, there was no pillow cases on the pillows, and it’s about a 10 minute drive to the water It said 13 minutes walk but I wouldn’t let my teenagers walk on the highway to get there it was definitely a drive. Love Mexico Beach though.

nice neighbors but a few issues

enjoyed the area but pots/pans all had to be cleaned, had food stuff and white chunks possibly from dish washer . forks.ect look like all kid size and all dishes were plastic.no instructions for emergencies, had to email and then call for a timely reply..throw rugs look like they needed to be cleaned. tv was only internet and would have liked to find local stations.

Beach Stay

The stay was great. We were a little short on towels, there was no hand towels. There was one full row of toilet paper and one bathroom and a half in the other one. We were a little short on the silverware for as many people that we had. All in all it was a pretty good stay thank you very much.

Wonderful place to stay!!

This was our first stay in Mexico Beach. Beach Poynt is an incredible place to stay. Very clean with everything we needed for a family vacation. Close to beach. Neighbors were very nice. My family enjoyed the community pool also. Looking forward to our next trip to Mexico Beach.
