This was the most well-stocked vacation home I’ve ever stayed in! Thoughtful items included were a clothes hamper, shoe shelves in master closet, ample coat hangers, ample throw pillows on all indoor and outdoor chairs, full size containers of dishwasher pods, trash bags, shampoo & conditioner plus a Keurig Elite! The unit was clean, designated parking spot was great, good Gulf view from living room (not the Master Bedroom) well stocked closet of beach & pool accessories were nice. I did not know about the closet full of beach items, so I rented duplicate items from the “250 Beach Accessories credit package”. You also have to pay a 25 shipping charge for the items you rent. Communication with the host was very prompt, just didn’t always get the info needed (details of the beach accessories included and prompt check-in instructions). The location of the property is actually Port St. Joe, so it’s not the white sand and clear water you’ll find further down in Cape San Blas. As pictured, the pool is small and overlooks the parking lot and the building is set very far back from the beach. You will need a wagon to carry everything down the very long boardwalk to the beach. Our stay was in September and the property and beach were desolate, which I thought was great!

Very nice property and well equipped! We were comfortable and felt at home. Bed was comfy, bathrooms were nice. Beautifully decorated.Communication with property manager was quick and pleasant.. The only issue we had could only be controlled by Mother Nature! Bring black/dog fly spray, bc if the wind is blowing from the north they are awful and hurt when they bite! Luckily we only had 2 days of them. I would definitely come and stay at this unit again!

A diamond in the Rough....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family loved the condo, it was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. The condo provided everything we could possibly want/need!!!! Washer/Dryer were central to the house, plenty of extra pillows/blankets. LOVE and Suggest to anyone that is looking for a peaceful getaway!

The condo was perfect for our family! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything in the kitchen. There was a little problem with the AC, called the owner and they had someone out to fix it very quickly!

Perfect vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It had everything you could want and more. We cooked many fresh meals there with all kitchen supplies readily available. Location was a close walk to the beautiful beach and a short drive into town. Every day we sat on the balcony and took in all the natural beauty of the beach and surrounding grounds. We ate several meals during our stay on the balcony. It was quiet and peaceful. Spent time at the pool and hot tub as well. We would definitely return. Thank you to the hosts for sharing their lovely condo!

Best Vacation.

The property was better than we even imagined. Beautiful interior, very clean and well stocked. The communication with the management team was excellent. They saw to our every need. The views and beach were spectacular. The grounds and pool were very well kept. We highly recommend this unit and Be Our Guest properties. We will be back!

Cape San Blas Kind Of

The property is decent and right on the beach. This unit is nice but we did have a few issues. First, the air conditioning unit in the closet squealed the entire time. Second, and not the fault of the owner, we had a family of six staying above us and they were extremely loud. We could hear every conversation and footstep from that family. Unfortunately there was a mandatory evacuation due to Helene, but we were ready to leave after 3 days.

Perfect

We have stayed at the Cape 5 times now, this condo was perfect. We felt rifht at home. It had everything we beeded and more. Only issue was that I wished the door lock was easier to use, it was a little hard to punch in the codes luke it didnt want to "wake up". When we arrived the elevator was broken so pulling everything up the stairs wasnt fun. But no other problems.

Amazing Stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. It is very spacious and quiet. The view and amenities were great. The state park further north on the Cape was beautiful! Donna was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We can't wait to return. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Best spot ever.

Everything was extremely well-kept and accommodating. Plenty of kitchen gear, soap/shampoo/conditioner in showers, big, lovely tubs, easy boardwalk trip to the beach, and pool and hot tub that wasn’t being used much by anyone else. My kids had a wonderful first time at the beach. So thankful for the beach gear (wagon, some chairs, etc.) that was provided. We enjoyed using our rented bikes and the stunning balcony view. Thank you! PS: the only change I might suggest is some curtains or blinds over the bedroom windows; the hallway outside as very brightly lit throughout the night.

Door lock issues

The electronic locks on this unit were problematic. It was difficult to get the keypad to display, the display sometimes blanked while keying the code. It caused us some worry that we wouldn’t be able to access our unit. I suggest that this be checked out.

Pasando Tiempo is so beautiful!!

Pasando Tiempo is so beautiful! It was perfect for the four of us. Great location, very clean, well stocked and Donna/Brian with Be Our Guest were very accessible and helpful. I would definitely want this condo when I come again.
