    The perfect waterfront retreat! Soak in the views of St. Joseph Bay from this three bedroom two bathroom vacation home! Bay Watchin' Too has two King suites both with a private bathroom and also offers a bunk room accommodating a total of 6. Including a spacious Bay-Front deck with phenomenal views.



    Guest Access:

    The outdoor shower and vintage claw foot tub add a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. This property has dock access for Kayaking, Snorkeling, Scalloping, boating and much more. Spend your mornings watching the beautiful sunrise over the bay while enjoying a cup of coffee, a good read or simply just the beautiful outdoors. Enjoy your evenings soaking in the Hot Tub with an ice cold beverage watching the sunset.

    Bay Watchin' Too is in a great location on Cape San Blas!

    The home is located about a half-mile north of Cape Tradin' Post, Cape Tradin' Post Liquor Store, Perky's Coastal Coffee & Creams, Weber's Little Donut Shop, Peachy's Beach Eats, and St. Joe Shrimp Company.

    Please note: Cape Tradin' Post, Perky's Coastal Coffee & Creams, and Weber's Little Donut Shop were lost in a fire in September 2025. They are currently rebuilding and hope to reopen in late 2026. Be sure to follow their social media pages for the latest updates.

    Skully's Low Country Boil is just steps from the house and is a great spot to enjoy a local meal.

    Scallop RePUBlic is the Cape's only bayfront bar, featuring craft beer, specialty cocktails, wine, and live music.

    The closest public beach access is Cape Palms Park, located just 0.7 miles north of the property. You can walk, bike, or drive there, and public restrooms are available on-site.

    Bay Watchin' Too is also just 1.4 miles from the William J. "Billy Joe" Rish Recreation Area, which is open to the public and offers a swimming pool, beach access, restrooms, and other recreational amenities.

    With local restaurants, shopping, beach access, and family-friendly activities all nearby, Bay Watchin' Too is in one of the best locations on Cape San Blas. We hope you enjoy exploring everything the area has to offer!

End of Summer Scalloping Trip

The home and property was even better than advertised. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable. We will stay here again!

My wife and I were looking for a place to get away for a few days and we came across this place. It was clean and had clear instructions on how to get it. The only issue that is no real deterrent was that the boardwalk out to the dock with the netting is pretty long, but it has no side rails. So as someone with a balance issue that could be scary, but it is completely optional to use.

Great property

Great views of the bay, clean and very comfortable house. Dock was very nice good if you have a bay boat. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and tranquil

We had an amazing time at this property. We brought two kayaks and rented one as well. The bay is beautiful and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The sound of silence

My daughter and grandson and I had a wonderful late birthday s getaway. The place was so serene with lovely views of the bay, tastefully and functionally decorated. Close to beaches and several restaurants which offered a variety of fresh seafood . Highly recommend.

Scalloping get away

The property was the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware. It was a great location for all ages of our group (5-45 years). We had easy dock access for scalloping in the bay and close beach access. So much to enjoy on Cape San Blas!

Wonderful experience

Property is just as pictures show. Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Just the vacation spot we needed. Easy contact with the host. Wine and chocolates a nice touch. Enjoyed the local restaurant s as well Would definitely recommend this 100%

Paradise on the Bay

This was our first time to Cape San Blas and we loved it thanks to this adorable home! Plenty of space, well appointed and fun décor with a great little yard for our small dog and private dock. Only a short walk to the beach and market. We will definitely be back!

Nothing Forgotten at this Forgotten Coast Property!

Amazing 10 days at this uniquely decorated property! Kitchen meets all cooking needs, including baking homemade bread! Comfy beds to relax after a day of adventures! Sunrises over the bay were gorgeous! We will never forget our first visit to Cape San Blas and this unforgettable property! We will be back!

Awesome house

Loved it all - sunrises, boat dock, yard for dog, view from porch, awesome kitchen...especially the blender (we're getting a Ninja now!!), clean house, well-equipped, near Slullys and Trading Post. The gumbo @ Skully's is the reason they're Yelp's #1 seafood place in Florida!

Great Place on the Cape

Bay Watchin Too is a great place. We’ve been coming to the Cape every year for the last 15 years and this is one of the coolest, cleanest places we have ever stayed. Great Bay views and a dock for your boat! Homes on both sides are full time residences with very friendly homeowners.Tyler is a great host. Highly recommend Bay Watchin too

Again Please

I had a wonderful staycation (I live an hour away). In spite of not getting on the water, maybe even better to have the down time in this wonderful house. Every single thing about it- decor, outdoor spaces (shower and tub!), porch, dock, perfect kitchen- enabled me to completely relax and appreciate the beauty of the cape. I hope to stay here again in 2024.

Very nice and clean Listing states it is a private dock. You do end up sharing the dock with two other houses. It was no big issue

Lovely bayside house

Loved this stay. Great house, super clean, fantastic location 10 min walk to the beach. Kitchen was better stocked than any other vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Deck overlooks bay with beautiful views and a gorgeous sunrise. The dock out to the water is perfect for kayaks. Our pup loved the yard. My only feedback is to add blackout blinds in the bunk room because the afternoon sun blasts through the window, making nap time bright. Tylor was great to work with. We’d stay here again!
