The parking worked out great... if you have 10 or more people staying in a house you normally need more than 2 spaces for vehicles!! We had 6 vehicles, and we parked with no problems!! The walk to the beach was not bad, even us old folks had no problem getting there! There is a cargo lift that will take all your luggage and groceries up to the 2nd floor where the kitchen is. That was great!! The check in process was ok. You had to stop at the realtor place that was on the way to the house, not out of the way at all. However, if you checked in after-hours the packet was in a drop box. It would feel safer if there was a code to unlock the box. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

Property was as described and even exceeded our expectations. We were able to bring our pets and it offered a great environment for them with a fenced in backyard. We would highly recommend this location if you are planning a vacation.

Spacious. Clean. Kitchen very well appointed. 9 adults. 3 married couples used the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen has a door to the bathroom but this bathroom would be shared by all because it’s off the kitchen. The other 3 adults shared the top loft floor. There is a bathroom up there also. There are a lot of stairs in this house. The cargo lift was very helpful while unpacking. The back porch is nice if you have pets. The only thing I would caution is a small dog can escape through the bars and the steps leading down to the sandy fenced area have a pretty sizable gap that a curious smaller dog can get through. This house was perfect for our long Thanksgiving weekend.

This property is great. Fully stocked with beach gear, kitchen essentials, and games. This was perfect for three families with little ones all under 5. It is a little bit of walk to the community beach access but nothing we hadn’t experienced at the cape before. The pool is great addition to have as well. The cargo lift was a life saver on move in day. The only thing we would advise is that there are no bath tubs for anyones with infants but they do have pull down shower heads. The kitchen sink could also double as a small tub. Just a small note nothing we would have changed.

Everything at this house was amazing! It was very clean, super close to the beach and you can't beat the fenced area for the dogs! The lift was a great amenity as well!! We had a great stay here and look forward to coming back!

Enjoyed a great week with family, 4 couples plus 1 grand daughter. Was by far the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen, plenty of room for all, very clean and a short 3 minute walk to beach. Add a nice little pool for those afternoon dips and was a great vacation. Will definitely be back to Cape San Blas. We’re totally over Destin/PCB!

We enjoyed our stay. Had to make the beds up in the upstairs area, but that is fine. If only the water cooperated, it would have been one for the books! We will definitely look at renting this home again!

We really enjoyed this house. We had 5 adults , 2 children and one Bernedoodle. The pool was great for the children. The ocean view from the master bedroom deck was great for the Grandparents. The outside dog area was great for our dog. The beach was beautiful and we encountered only friendly people . Would highly recommend.

This is such a wonderful dog friendly place to stay. Loved the back deck and the access it had to the dog area. I can not say enough about the kitchen. This is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Very clean! Beautiful views! We watched the sunset every night on the top porch. The pool was super clean and cozy.

Our family of six and my parents enjoyed soaking up some sun on Cape San Blas. The property was large enough to accommodate us all, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was nice to have the pool as well as access to the beach and walking trails.

House and location were amazing. Equal walking distance to gas station and trading post. House was clean and had everything we could need to cook our own meals. Great view of the gulf and able to watch the sunset from top deck. Lift came in very handy for our luggage. We had 2 dogs with us that spent the entire trip laying out on the back porch and were able to use the fenced in area for themselves as well. Will book again. Thanks

the property was great, however we were extremely disappointed in the WIFI -- because we had not so good weather we ended up inside the house for long periods of time and the WIFI was terrible always cutting out and needing to be rebooted--I would not advertise WIFI if you always have that problem. It was annoying to have to climb up to the second floor to reboot only to have to do it 10 minutes later.

Great Kitchen had all appliances & kitchen tools we needed. Only thing they only provided 2 kitchen dish towels -and no trash bags - could have used more- Lay out of the house fantastic- love the Sandy backyard for the dog-enjoyed the cargo lift/very helpful-pickle ball courts got a lot of use-beautiful sunsets-worried about future building on the lot next door! Really enjoyed Cape San Blas!! Thanks

This property was spotless, bright, well furnished, and well equipped! The kitchen was fantastic and modern with almost every appliance, pot/pan, knives, and dinnerware you could desire. They could use about a half-dozen more kitchen towels, but everything else was perfect. Bedrooms were nice, each with ensuite bath. Beds were comfortable. The view from the master suite was spectacular! It was only a short walk to a fantastic beach. Plenty of beach toys, bikes, kites, sand toys, flip-flops and water shoes were available. Books, games, and puzzles were available throughout the property, as were TVs. Cell service in the area was matginal to adequate. WiFi was pretty good most of the time we were there. I would highly recommend this property! We eill be back!

The house was roomy and wonderful. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but they were sufficient. The property manager and his staff were fantastic. When we called with a question it was answered and when we had a small issue, it was handled very quickly! Highly recommend you use them!
