We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and well equipped to entertain the family. The golf carts were a nice bonus and made our short journey to the beach each day a pleasant experience. Dave and Karen were great hosts and did an excellent job of communicating with us and prepared us for our visit.

This property has a beautiful outdoor space with a nice size pool. The two golf carts were a plus as well as access to all the beach gear.Dave and Karen were great to work with and answered questions in a timely manner.

Wonderful home!!

Family has been doing a beach trip every year on July 4th—-for over 5 yrs-and this was the best yet. Was a beautiful home -plenty of space-absolutely perfect.

perfect for multiple families!

The kids LOVED the pool… and we all loved the easy access to the beach. The living room set up made for GREAT large group conversations. Hosts were super accessible + kind.

Great house close to the beach

The house was immaculately clean, the owner are friendly and communication is great. Lots of amenities and plenty of space for your family. Definitely a 6/5!

Family stay

House and pool were amazing and very convenient. Golf cart was great to get to the gulf w/ beaches very friendly for families and not packed. Dave was very easy to communicate with.

It was just what we needed

A group of friends and I go on a yearly beach retreat. This house was perfect. Close enough to get us our beach time but tucked away enough for us to feel like we had privacy and time to ourselves. Super comfy beds and the pool is gorgeous. We had one minor issue with the AC and the property manager got back to us right away and was truly wonderful. We’ve already booked our weekend here for next year!

Family Vacation

The owners are awesome. They had issues with the golf cart and rented us one for use for the week. They were quick to respond with any issues we had. We enjoyed the stay. 😊

My family and I had a great time. We loved Port St Joe and the surrounding area. Before the trip we were worried about the grocery situation, but we were pleasantly surprised with the Piggly Wiggly. The house is nice and is very true to pictures. The living space is a very good size with comfortable sitting. The only thing that was a surprise was that the room with two queen or double beds was upstairs with no access to a bathroom or closet. Access to the golf carts was great. The neighborhood was very easy to navigate on the golf carts. The beach was very close and easy to get too. The pool was the highlight of the stay. We used it everyday and was great to have. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Beautiful home and wonderful hosts.

The home is beautiful. The hosts (Dave and Karen) are VERY responsive and wonderful to work with. Just a couple of things to consider. The game room is considered a bedroom and we missed that fact (our fault). The house is located in a close neighborhood, so you do need to keep the noise down. The two golf carts are great and were used everyday. The pool is wonderful. The beach was a close golf cart ride away. It is a short car ride to town where there is a variety of restaurants and shops. Thanks Dave and Karen for a great week.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed except for a potato peeler. 😄 They have everything there you need to go to the beach. The house was beautiful and the pool and landscaping was very pretty. And having two golf carts made it very convent for everyone to get to the beach. We were giving so much information to help with our stay. It was a very relaxing vacation! A thumbs up from our family!

Family trip

We were so impressed but this property!! The owner was very responsive and was quick to address our needs!! The game room served as a great place to keep the kids entertained which was far enough away that you couldn’t hear the laughing while others were sleeping. The golf cart was absolutely amazing and saved from tracking sand into our vehicles!! Overall we hope to come back very soon!!!

Moms weekend away

The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The pool was the perfect temperature. The beach supplies were exactly what we needed. The beds were super comfortable. There was an issue with the golf cart while we were there so couldn’t use it the whole time, but the beach was so close it was a non issue, and the owners were super communicative. The house is in EST and Panama City Beach is in CST so planning back and forth drives between the airport was tricky and the only slightly obnoxious but also humorous part about our trip. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property near the beach!

The property was absolutely perfect for our weekend!!! Communication with the owners was excellent. They provided detailed messaging and replied almost immediately when contacted. The property photos are accurate and the outdoor space is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, outdoor dining, umbrellas over the lounge chairs, and the outdoor seating area with a TV. The interior space is open and bright. The kitchen is well-equipped. And the game room hosted evening foosball and darts tournaments. We selected this property to quietly celebrate our son and new daughter-in-law. Their beach wedding at sunrise could not have been more beautiful and meaningful. The house is in a quiet, residential area yet close to everything. This will definitely be our first choice place to stay the next time we are in the area.
