We have stayed in over a dozen different rentals and this was by far the cleanest and most well stocked. The owner has made every attempt to anticipate everything. We would absolutely stay again.

Great place! Very clean and has everything you need for a beach getaway. Loved we could bring our dog with us. Beach is literally steps away and you have a pretty good view from the back deck.

The photos do not do this beautiful place justice! Perfect location, steps to the beach, immaculate house, beautifully updated and decorated. Our dog loved the doggie door that led out to a large porch with an amazing view of the ocean. From the beginning when we were choosing a place to stay through the entire booking process, Emily our host was quick to respond to my questions and was always very friendly and nice. Well stocked with everything you need. Beds were so comfortable! Just a fabulous all around trip!

Pet -friendly accommodations was clean. Host had her act together more than any other place I have stayed. She had a 29 page information booklet that looked professionally done with all area restaurants, attractions, etc. in it.

What an amazing place. Perfect for a couple or two. We took two of our Golden Retrievers with us and had a blast. The house is well named as it’s 100 steps to the Gulf of America. The photos on the listing don’t do the actual place justice. It’s so comfortable and has everything you need with a great porch, two queen beds, two baths, a great kitchen with a huge great room and eating area. The host is so responsive to all texts and emails - we’ve even referred a friend. The sunsets are beautiful and I cannot more highly recommend this spot! We’ll be back.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Cape. The spacious unit is walking distance to the Trading Post and just a few steps from the beach. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The owner was very thoughtful in making items available for the beach—everything from beach towels, coolers, chairs, etc. There were lots of supplies for our dogs—bowls, towels, toys. Overall a great stay!

Perfect Spot!

Emily is the best host. Very good at communicating with us and making us feel welcome. Everything we could need was there. Nice bedding and towels. The beach is right there. It was our first time to Cape San Blas and we loved it. Planning to go back and will stay at this same place for sure!

PERFECT BEACH STAY

Just WOW! A beautiful place to enjoy the beach, so relaxing. Emily's beach house had everything you wanted, all amenities were appreciated. So cool the way the house was decorated, fit right in with the beach vibe. Would definitely stay there again.Tlocation couldn't be better,

Best vacation ever

A lot of thought must have been inspired by an experienced traveler to have made sure that we could enjoy the pleasure of a vacation.Everything we needed was already there..we were able to melt into the pleasure of being at the quiet beach which was only steps from the door of our vacation home .

Relaxing and very friendly place to stay

We enjoyed the stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. The house was accommodating with accessories for the beach and pets (if needed). Everyone in town and on the island were super friendly and welcoming to us. The only negatives were the driveway could use a lot of work and the beds seemed to be full size, not Queen.

Cute beach house in a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this Cape Blas beach house. It was clean, well-maintained, & had everything that we needed including a really helpful guest book. The bed in the master BR was so comfortable. Although we had our own, there was a closet filled with dog supplies for those who travel with their pet. The general store & several casual restaurants were within walking distance. The only reason I did not give the property an overall excellent rating is because of the accessway from the street. It apparently flooded out at one time, leaving large deep potholes that fill with water when it rains. We were never able to wear our shoes in the house after walking anywhere outside— not because of the sand from the beach but because of the mud & grit from all areas leading up to the beach house. Pristine Properties should at least attempt to level the access by filling it in with stones or gravel. If you have a low profile vehicle & visit after it rains, good luck.

Overall, this was a very acceptable property and met our expectations as far as being updated, comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We literally did not need to bring anything but clothes and food. Everything else was provided and available. Emily, our host, was very helpful and easily contacted. On the negative side, the drive way to the house was awful. Huge potholes, deep puddles after rain, and very slippery mud. Navigating the driveway was a very rough ride. I had a fall in the area in front of the house due to the mud, and hit my head on the ground. Had to make a trip to the local ER for a CT exam of head and neck. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Also, pictures on VRBO make it appear you have a gulf view, which is not the case. I would not likely book this property again.

Great place right by the beach

Very clean, great first impression walking in the door and better as the day goes along, fully equipped...there was nothing we needed that was not already supplied. The inside keeps the beach concept first in mind and undeniable, very comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Long weekend getaway

It was our first time at Cape San Blas. We are a family of 4 people and 2 dogs. This unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Very clean. The towels and sheets smelled so nice! EMILY was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Closer to the beach than many 'ocean front' properties we've visited.

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. We cooked in a few nights and had every utensil and pan needed. The queen sized bed was super comfy and the description of this unit is not an exaggeration...it really is that close to the beach! We had a wonderful time and the only downside was having to leave. Thank you for a lovely week at the beach!
