"Perfect little house! There are 30 steps that lead up from the parking area. Well worth the climb for the view! Inside is small yet well furnished. The only negative I would have is the mattress. The middle is sunken in badly. To get to the beach is the same amount of stairs as the front. Again, well worth it! Very easy access to the beach. My wife and I will be booking another stay. We highly recommend for a couples retreat!"

"We had a good time despite the weather! The pool at this condo could be bigger for sure but the location right on the beach is great! Beach chairs were provided! There was an issue with the a/c so it was kind of damp in there but they were supposed to be coming to fix the Monday after we left!"

"We have stayed in port st Joe before and were looking for somewhere new to stay. The view from this house and the fact that it is right on the beach is hard to beat. We had 2 kids and 7 adults (plus 3 dogs) in the house and there was more than enough space! We had a couple issues with hot water and it does tend to go cold upstairs at times. "Unit is as advertised. Very comfortable. Kitchen is supplied well enough to cook and eat. It even had dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The beds were comfortable. Soft, but comfortable. The deck facing the gulf is large and has a clear view. We were amazed with the sunsets. This is a relaxed life style. No hustle or bustle. Just laid back. Small intimate restaurant and a few shops. "
