"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains.
