Private parking is available in front of the property.
The 4000 m² property includes a 300 m² private, unfenced terrace and garden with a private outdoor spa.

Also available: table tennis, a pétanque court, a basketball hoop, and a secure bicycle storage area. The cottage is on one level and features a beautiful, bright living/dining room (wood-burning stove) converted from a former barn with pillars, a separate fitted kitchen (one step up) with a small lounge/relaxation area with a TV (pellet stove), two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm that can be joined together), and a shower room/WC.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, mini stereo system, reversible air conditioning (living/dining room), baby cot/bathtub and high chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
