Ideal spot for families, pets, and accessibility needs

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Port St. Lucie getaway! The house was perfect — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit with our family, and we especially appreciated that it was dog friendly and wheelchair accessible for my husband. We’re in the middle of a move, and this place worked out so well that we ended up extending our stay another week. Bonus: the backyard even came with lizards for our dogs to chase— they were in heaven! The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home for relaxing inconvenient visit.

Home away from home

The pool was great fun for the kids!! The clean and cozy house had ample room for all of us and our little doggie too. And the house was stocked with most items just like home!! Its location is perfect because everything is in such close proximity whether in Stuart, Jensen, or even Vero.

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was awesome my 8 year old enjoyed it immensely. We were visiting to spend the holiday with my brother who lives one street over, so it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Not What Picture Show

Although the inside of the home was nice, The yard was atrocious! Nothing like the pictures. I personally pick properties based on pool and yard. I have a dog and was hoping he could play and do his business in the yard. They need to show “actual pictures “ of what it looks like. 1st time this has happened to me. As I often get VRBO’S. I’ll be sure it doesn’t happen again.

Wonderful stay at Lullaby

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lullaby! Colin and Andrea are fantastic hosts, and we even had the pleasure of meeting them! Not only was the home impeccably cleaned, it was also stocked with anything and everything we could need for our stay. This was our first family trip with our infant son, and the home even came with a high chair and crib. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool everyday and our dogs enjoyed running around in the fenced in yard. If I could give it a 10 star rating, I would! We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our Stay

My husband and rented this property from mid Jan - March to escape the PA winter. The house has a good layout and was well stocked. Heated pool was especially nice, however, a word of caution about the tiled lanai adjacent to the pool which was extremely slippery when wet. Thankfully, we had brought a couple of area rugs that provided secure footing when exiting the pool. Colin was very responsive and professional to any issues we had during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in PSL. We met some nice neighbors too!

Great find, great Hosts & great property. ❤️

The house was great for us & we were able to have our family visit & granddaughter stay overnight, too. I appreciated that everything was already there, that we needed to get started with & I truly loved the boxes of tissues in every room & “extras” in the Kitchen like spices & condiments. The heated pool was beautiful & if not for the bad weather, we would have totally been in it every day! The location is excellent for getting to restaurants & shopping & the Turnpike. Thank you Andrea & Colin for your wonderful hospitality & for sharing your sweet house with us!!

Very nice property!

My husband and I stayed here for vacation to look at the area because we are thinking of moving to Port St. Lucie. This was the quietest neighborhood, very well kept, the house was perfect, very private back yard with a beautiful pool. We went to the beach and it was about 15-20min drive, the beach was not crowded and the water was so clean and pretty. So many restaurants and shopping right there in the area. Everything about this whole area we loved. The property owner was very professional and organized, we had zero issues, and anytime we contacted them for any reason we got very quick responses. We will definitely stay again if we come back to just visit, and would highly recommend this property!

Cozy to stay for a family gateway

Our family stayed here for two weeks. The place had everything we needed for day to day use, all was organized and clean. The outdoor pool was clean and best of all covered by a lanai. Which gave us care free enjoyment of the outdoor area at anytime of the day. The host was responsive and was easy to communicate with. The house is in a good area, close to many stores and just 20 minutes from the beach. We would stay in this house again.

Truly a Lullaby

We asked for a quiet place and that's exactly what we got. We needed R&R, I practically lived in the pool. They didn't skimp on appliances, cookware, the furniture was comfortable. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nicely updated. We will definitely plan another stay. Everything was thoughly great 👍

Summer vacation 2023

I have family that live in PSL, so for the past 15 years I have been vacationing to the area. Now that my family has grown we need more space that my Florida relatives cant house. I had stumbled upon the Lullaby House and for the past two years i have stayed here. The place has been very clean all around, furniture, floors, dishes, appliances ect. Beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet in the evenings. Owner is very accommodating and polite. Great and convenient location for a different beach everyday. Pool is awesome. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again in the hopefully not to distant future.

Wonderful home in a beautiful community

Port St Lucie is a beautiful town. Empty beaches (we loved!) marinas and restaurants were fun to visit. The hime itself was perfect w a pool and fenced in yard for our pups! Comfy beds and linens were great. Everything we needed was available including both a keurig and a standard coffee pot.

Felt Like Home
