The crown jewel is our large, heated waterfall pool, nestled next to the spacious, covered lanai with unobstructed views of the manicured Saints Pro Golf Course and a serene pond with spectacular wildlife vistas. We daily struggle with a constant barrage of offers from real estate agents.

Let the enchanting sounds of local wildlife around the nearby pond set a relaxing tone for your day. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool, bask in the sun on comfy chaise lounges, or find shade on cozy rockers. Kids will delight in the pool with a variety of inflatables and toys. For those who love to grill, our gas grill is available for a perfect barbecue, or you can explore the many excellent restaurants nearby.

Our fully equipped kitchen, featuring new appliances, is ready for you to whip up culinary delights. From utensils to coffee and tea equipment, we have everything the chef in you needs.

ELEGANT LIVING SPACES
The family room invites you to unwind with a new huge 65" TV, streaming platforms, and a variety of games. The sofa bed converts into a queen-sized sleeper for unexpected guests. A tranquil corner has been set up for home office with WiFi connectors and a comfy desk and chair when you need some work done quickly.
The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to the pool and deck, offering spectacular tropical views. Relax with a cocktail, wine, or an ice-cold beer while lounging on the large sectional, which can also serve as a nighttime sleeper for an extra guest. A breakfast nook completes in the vicinity of the kitchen this large living space. From here you also have easy access to a laundry room with new, large capacity washer and dryer, as well as another door leading to the covered lanai.

LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS
A HALLWAY separates the 3 bedrooms and the guest bathroom from the other living spaces, ensuring tranquility and privacy. It also leads to an utility room, a cleaning supplies closet and a linen closed where extra comforters and beach towels are readily available.
All three spacious bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable beds.
THE MASTER SUITE offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closets, huge screen TV, and a "his and hers" two-room, two sinks bathroom with a large shower equipped with handles for the disabled. It also has direct access to the pool and deck.
THE MIDDLE BEDROOM has a queen bed and double closet, its own TV set and with bathroom access through a small hallway.
THE THIRD BEDROOM can accommodate up to four guests with its comfy two full-sized beds and double closet.
THE GUEST BATHROOM includes a granite double sink and a separate bathtub/shower and toilet area.

CONVENIENT AMENITIES
A laundry room with a new washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board ensures you have everything you need. The three-car driveway leads to a double garage, where you’ll find a gas grill, bicycles, a paddle board, beach chairs, mats, and an umbrella. While these items are available for your use, they are not listed amenities, so please use them responsibly.
