"Perfect little casita for a quiet stay in Roatán. The location is perfect, easy to get to all areas and be away from them when a little rest and relaxation is needed. Diving (Blue Island Divers) is easily accesible from this location. Conrad was extremely helpful with all aspects of our vacation there. He's quick to reply to all questions and provides helpful insight to the planning and coordination. Highly recommend!"

"A group of 10 us has the most wonderful time here! Communication with Jerri was the best I’ve ever had with any host both before and during the trip. Mabel and George, the house managers, were able to accommodate our every need and were always available. Mabel made dinner one night too and it was the best meal we had the whole time we were there! The ac worked great in the rooms and the kitchen was well-stocked. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful property - we’ll be back!"

"Both Conrad and Maritza were quick to remedy an issue with the bbq. The screened patio was very nice. It was like sitting in a tropical garden while watching birds, lizards and agoutis. The grounds are well maintained as well as the pool. On site staff- the grounds keepers and security guards were all very friendly. The inside of the unit was well appointed and bed comfortable."

"What an amazingly beautiful home! My husband, myself, one of our sons and his fiancé spent a week here in February. The home was more than enough space for us (which we didn’t mind) and would be perfect for 4 couples or a family with older (teenage+) kids. "First off the concierge Caroline met our flight, took us grocery shopping, and was a bright note throughout our stay. The villa was a perfect getaway. The restaurant was a few minutes walk along the beach and their food was delicious. It is a great place for family gatherings. "Très bel endroit directement sur la plage avec couchers de soleils magnifiques. Piscine agréable partagée avec les autres maisons. Seul bémol est la présence de puces de sable, avec les enfants qui jouent dans le sable ils se sont fait piqués à plusieurs endroits. Si vous rechercher un endroit plus tranquille que les secteurs de west bay c'est très bien et près de plusieurs activités si vous êtes en voiture. Un peu de construction près de la maison pendant 2-3 jours lors du séjour."

"Me and my Husband had such a great stay at the Jolly Octopus house! The view is literally worth everything. You are literally 5 steps from the beach. I appreciate the new sliding doors that were installed so you can see out to the ocean. Conrad and Dwayne were amazing hosts. I recommend to book with Conrad 100% if you are visiting the island. I know he has other properties as well in Roatan. Thanks again for the amazing stay!"

"The Tradewinds Villa is a little dated. However, it's Roatan. The property ended up being amazing with a bedroom for everyone. The location is ideal as it's in the middle of the island and an easy drive to West End and Camp Bay. The neighbors were amazing. The activities were endless and having Turquois Bay Resort right next door was unbelievable for access to diving and snorkeling. The property managers were great and super helpful.
