Check-In and check out was a breeze. Not a large home, but for 2 or 3 people its perfect! My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The pool was amazing after a long day, we spent several evenings relaxing in it. I'll definitely keep this place in mind if we plan a trip in the area again!

Enjoyable Vacation

Property I would say has cleanest appearance in neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay. Amenities were great, pool deck could use some work, although water temp and swimming was great.

The pool was very good. My grand children enjoyed the days they were here.A few things required maintenance, but the handyman repaired what he was allowed to.The patio door was very hard to open and close, the handyman said the top track needed replacing but all he was allowed to do was clean and lubricate the bottom track. Other things were problamatic but repaired. The host was easily accesable and responded quickly. Would I stay again ....maybe.

Perfect getaway

Average neighborhood but as soon as you walk in the place was great. They had everything we didnt even need to haul half the stuff we brought. Having the pool right outside the kitchen was perfect for the kids.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was appropriately cleaned however pantry door was off track. Pool was clean but the edges are worn and rough, tore a float we had. The tub faucet was held on with tape and water pressure was low. The single bedroom has no overhead fan or light just a small table lamp that was falling apart so you had to cross to the corner and turn on. Wall cable outlet in living room was pulled from the wall. And the neighbors little dog was yapping constantly during the day. This was my first use of Vrbo and probably last.

Tampa Vacation

The property was exactly what was shown in the pictures. The owners have taken a lot of care and added a lot of nice touches to the home. We had one issue with the key pad and the owner responded and remedied the problem within minutes. I would recommend this property if in the Tampa area

We had no complaints. Pictures depicted exactly how the house looks. We did an adult only vacation, if you're bringing kids its not the most ideal place since it doesn't have TV'S in bedrooms. However, its also a very affordable place to rent so if you're trying to have a kid vacation on a budget then go for it, you can send the kids outside to play and bed time can be sleep time. Like the old days when we grew up. I would recommend this home. Lots of family space in the pool area as well.

Very nice

The house is exactly as it is listed. The check in and out process was very simple. We were even able to check in slightly early due to unexpected flight changes causing us to be there earlier than the 4 pm check in. Very nice clean home and the pool was well maintained. The only thing I would say is that there were cigarette butts on the ground all around the pool outside.

Loved the pool

The house was nice and cozy and we loved the pool but... The ceiling fans and vents were not clean (we have kids with asthma). Also the pool edges were somewhat sharp so we ended up with few scratches.

Family beach getaway

Needs more bath towels and wash cloths, only 5 each and several had old/stained appearance. No hand towels. Bathroom sink with no water pressure, due to we were on vacation and not able to remain in home for plumber to come?? Last trash bag left in house due to outside trash can was full and we did not want to leave it sitting on the ground. Pool was clean and we enjoyed every evening.
