We first off thank you for taking the time to write a review. And we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Now lets address your issues. There was no issues with the water you had hot water and we had no complaints from any one else that was staying in that building, in fact we had guest stay in the same room your were in and none have since then complained about hot water. As far as the gap in the bottom of your door, we checked and there is a gap it is not anywhere near as bad as you say...but we will be addressing that issue. And to say you only stay for one night well that is not true you DID stay for 2 nights. The only issue we were aware of was the fact you did not state in your reservation that you had a pet and at check in you were upset that you had pay a pet fee and the rm type you had requested was not available as a pet room. So again we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
