We had a great visit with my older sister and her family. The grown ups enjoyed visiting while the kids played in the pool and this house was just three blocks from her house, so it was perfect..

Waterfront - Port Richey Property

The inside of the house was updated - cute interior, nice layout, newer appliances. Really liked the outdoor pool and screened porch. The outside patio area needed to be cleaned and there were a lot of small ants. The neighborhood was not great - majority of homes were not kept up very well. The price reflects the less desirable neighborhood. The exterior could use some better landscaping and upkeep in the yard. The dryer works but does not actually dry clothes. Overall, was a good value.

Very nice place

The only thing we noticed was the pool was dirty. We decided not to get in. We had went down to pack up my mom's condo since it got flooded in the Helene hurricane. So we weren't there much. We left several days early since we had accomplished what we came down for. I would rent it again!

Pictures listed look great.

The stay was adequate and the kids enjoyed the pool- particularly the different color LED lights that make the water look really cool after dark. There was plenty of space and areas for the family to hang out. Easy check-in process and prompt messaging.

Would stay again but a few things need help

Overall very serviceable however lacking a couple things. No ventilation in either bathroom is yikes for us. The trash a tape flap is a bit sad to have to use and the garage was not working either though they did say they just heard about it. Lots of plates and kitchen stuff was available for use and the pool was perfect. Sadly the AC unit is very undersized for the home so the afternoons and evenings get a bit uncomfortable but luckily I brought my box fan. Would book again if they say they will fix these items. Neighborhood is very old and run down but home is lovely inside.

Beautiful pool with heat feature. Master bedroom very nice with super comfortable bed. Check in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood with nice view of the lake. Advertisement said garage parking for 2 cars but one spot was filled with lumber and mulch bags. Garage remote opened the door but would not close it. NO mattress pad on master bed.

Great property

Everything was very clean and modern. House was in excellent shape and the sunset views over the lake were lovely. The local crew was very responsive and kindly offered an early check in. Very happg with the company and the property.

AC woes

The rental itself was great, early check-in a breeze but even w all shades closed all day/night the temperature inside was 80 degrees until way after midnight. Being uncomfortable inside due to the temperature made it difficult to sleep. The master shower had black bugs every morning and the refrigerator filter needs replacing

Lovely house

We had a very nice stay here. The house was clean and the pool made for lots of fun for us all. The only reason I gave the location 4/5 stars is because it wasn’t as close to the beach as we thought it would be (best beach is Honeymoon Island Beach which is 30m-1h away depending on traffic). We forgot to take into account that 20 miles away in Florida means a much longer drive than 20 miles away in Michigan, much more traffic in FL! The agency that helps with the rentals always got back to us quickly with any questions too. Great stay in Port Richey!

Nice newly remodeled home

This home was newly remodeled with nice finishes and equipped with all extras including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee pods, nice towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable furnishing including beds!
