We had the best time! You can jump right off the dock into crystal clear blue water. Thats just one of the things among so many. Sitting on the dock at night listening to the sounds of the woods. Fish jumping out of the water. Star gazing. It ended up being my husband who is handicapped to walk and our two adult kids with their other half. My husband was content to sit on the dock and enjoy nature while the rest jumped on the Round Boats you can rent up stream. We laughed, breathed fresh air and the kids can't stop thanking me . The house is laid out perfect for a family gathering with beautiful wood decor throughout. Most definitely will be back and I'm bringing the grandbabies. Thank you for sharing this perfect place on the river!

The most fantastic location! The deck by the river was beautiful, and there was plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy it. The house was also comfortably decorated. Several doors didn't lock though.

All the 5-star reviews are spot on! The location, about 1 mile from Rogers Park, is ideally situated on the river with easy access to the marina for kayak and boat rentals and also great for watching passersby head to the inlets and springs all day long . . . then leisurely float back by again with friendly waves and relaxed smiles. Dolphins, mullet, crabs and manatees were the exciting highlight swimming by in the deep clear water just off the dock where we relaxed, floated, swam and snorkeled for hours. The spacious house had all the comforts of home with plenty of sleeping and conversation space. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishware and appliances needed to cook delicious meals for our family during our visit, we never had to leave! We all said we would rent riverside retreat again! Thank you, Summer, for being easy and accommodating.

What an amazing weekend we had on the river. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We didn’t need her much but when we did, Summer was quick to reply.The house is spacious and fully stocked with anything you might need. What a great location right in the main river. The Crystal clear water was so refeshing, we went for a swim everyday. We saw manatees and dolphins swimming by the dock every morning. Love this place and hope to return one day.

Manatee views were great!

The kitchen was great and fully stocked. The bed was comfortable. We went mainly for the outside but unfortunately after dark it’s not very useable…no lighting other than the 1000 watt can lights on the screened in room…definitely needs a dimmer. It’s is a safety hazard at night because you can’t see the various levels Stuff outside needs to be updated; needs some comfy furniture. Some inflatables weren’t able to inflate. Also need to do something about theMildew moldy smell, too hot to open windows and air out and the AC wasn’t helping the smell.

Our favorite rental so far!

We frequent Weeki and rent on the river 3 to 5 times a year. This is by far our favorite rental ! Perfect location and the home was just perfect in every way. Summer was awesome with communication!We rebooked during our stay!

Amazing location

The location on the river is amazing. The home is directly on the main river. The host Summer is top notch. If you text her, she will answer you promptly. She was there to greet us when we were leaving to make sure how our stay was. The house was spotless. Plenty of beach towels, plenty of bath towels. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we plan on going back. We were there to celebrate my adult son’s Birthday. I asked summer if she could hang a few birthday decorations and she did not disappoint. Thank you Summer for everything and a wonderful stay.

Great location!

Beautiful location, right on the river. We saw several manatees swim by during our stay and saw even more when we took out the provided kayaks. Watch the tides to know when to kayak downstream, if you wait till high tide it is much easier to kayak back than during low tide. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Amazing riverfront home on the Weeki Wachee River

This home had everything we needed, including a gorgeous riverfront view into nature across the way, outdoor covered and oncovered tables for meals, and a fire pit for the evenings. We enjoyed taking the kayaks to nearby Hospital Hole to see the many manatees there. So relaxing and beautiful! Also, the first floor bedroom was accessible for my older parents.
