Place was as described. It was nice having the added bonus of being able to do laundry. Only thing if you need an iron bring one. Overall happy with the stay, would stay there again.

Comfy!

This trailer was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the water pressure for showers is the backyard is lovely, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Relaxing vacation

Perfect place to get away from the big cities and Texas heat. We loved the residence. Perfect location if your looking to visit Tampa and Orlando if your will to drive a little.

Patio Perfection!

The house was cute and clean upon check in. Beds were comfortable. The patio was amazing!! I spent most mornings sitting by the canal with my coffee. The kayaks were an awesome touch. Was able to paddle around and see some of the neighborhood. Overall this place is a hidden gem!! Highly recommend for your stay! I can’t wait to come back!

Fishing trip

Went fishing for a weekend. Trailer is basic and fine. Plenty of bars nearby and fishing charters. Wound Up Fishing Charter was great. Florida Boyz Bowfishing was a lot of fun.

Cozy Aqua Home

Very comfortable home with 2 full baths on the canal. Close to Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theatre, which was the reason for my visit (seeing my family members in the show). We had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. January weather did not cooperate for us to use the beautiful backyard space. Hope to come back in warmer weather. Would gladly stay again!

Spring vacation

Manager responded quickly to our need for additional kayak paddle. Would like some additional hooks for towels and swimsuits for all four of us for a weeks stay. Updated instructions for cleaning would be nice with details for garbage removal. Enjoyed our stay. First time in Florida for my sons. Made some good memories.

Perfect stay for 3

Loved this little spot right on the water. Bakc patio was a great hangout spot with my friends. Kayaks provided a lot of fun to our trip. Beds were really comfortable and helped with some vacation decompression and the air conditioning was phenomenal. Not a bad trip from Fred Howard park and Clearwater beach. Bait shop,dollar general, and other restaurants 5 minutes away. Mary was very prompt with answering questions and super helpful. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Wonder Property Rental

Rental was cery clean it had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. When getting to the property the electric was out, we called the owner she made a call and found out the are was out in the neighborhood and kept communication open until it was back on. It was only off for a shirt period. But over all great location and rental.

Very clean very peaceful

The property has been very well taken cared of. It has everything Very roomy. The beds are very comportable which is a big plus! I know my wife always worries about being able to get a good nights sleep....no worries here! There’s lot to do! I caught some nice fish nearby at the state park and we took our dog swimming at another state park! Overall we had a great peaceful and relaxing stay! Thank you!

Just as advertised.

Great temp quarters for us while house hunting and buying. Mary was fantastic to deal with. We were lucky enough to have been able to extend our stay twice due to realtor minor issues. Cool neighbors with a very cool cat and dog. The canal was very soothing to sit by most evenings as well. Trash is Tuesdays and Fridays. Just a minor suggestion to Mary that maybe she could put that info on her “informational sheet” in the house. We would recommend this to our friends and we would be more than willing to stay again. Thank you Mary!

Great place to stay

We loved the location. The kayaking was out of this world and the dolphins swam right up to the dock. The in unit washer and dryer were a huge bonus. The games were perfect for waiting out the rain. Just be careful of the no see'ums. They are ridiculous because of the mangroves. The only reason we chose to give a 4 instead of a 5 star is because the pictures showed a dishwasher and one was not in the unit and when we set dinner up on the counter so everyone could serve themselves, we came back an to an ant infestation. We had to go to walmart and get cleaning supplies. Also, the wifi is spoty and will go out regularly. We chalked all of it up to damage from the hurricanes because we did see ant traps around, so figured they know. The owners were fantastic when we chatted. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely rent again if they have availability when we need it.
