"Great location on the river to enjoy and relax!!"

"This was exactly what we thought it would be. Please know that if you are an outdoors type person and just need a place to watch tv while you fall asleep then this is for you. Keep in mind it is small but very comfortable. Woke up and had my coffee with about 25 manatee in the water just outside the camper!! How neat to see them and all the fish and sharks too. Would definitely stay here again and try my luck at fishing next time. Outdoor shower did not disappoint and the water was nice and hot!...

"Great property, very clean and comfy. Plenty of kitchenware and space for 2. Easy check in and out. Enjoyed our stay!"

"This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. "

"The rental is right on the water and the area is beautiful. The watercrafts were in poor shape but we brought our own and it was amazing to be near the river. The place was clean and had all of the basics and comforts of home. The floor is not steady and I'm not sure what that is about but we loved our stay there!!!"

She is a delight and if i am ever in the Tampa/Ft Richey/Hudson areas in Florida, I will seek out her properties first. Cleanliness, location, and her kind spirit were above and beyond the "usual". "Lovely, quiet property on the canal with easy kayak access to the Weeki Wachee River! Full kitchen, roomy quarters, kayaks, paddles and life jackets included! Nice shaded deck on the canal, plus large screened in patio with a dining table and chairs - indoor or outdoor dining! Italian restaurant and gas station just down the street!"

"It was a nice quiet place. Patrick is a great host he went above and beyond for me which made my stay so much more enjoyable. i would recommend this place for anyone who is a couple or alone i would rent again."
