There is no balcony access right not. Also you only get one parking pass. We were not told this and had two cars with no where to park one without worrying about it getting towed. "The room pictured and the room we stayed in were not the same. There is no Murphy bed. There is not a full size fridge. We didn’t get our check in information until after checkin time and we had to ask for it. The room has a lot of rugs, that just didn’t feel clean. There is no storage or place to put your things with the exception of a small hanging rack. None of the automatic trash cans worked. "My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! "Our state was good check in was easy. Don’t stop by the front desk. Just go to the room and enter the code in the box to get in the beds were nice. Comfortable floors seemed a little gritty not too bad. the building is old and has need for renovation some spots, but unfortunately, it was a little chilly and needed some heat, but the property manager did not know how to get the heat to work and I thought it was a little bit overpriced at 210 a night."
