"Bills place is a great spot. It is exactly as advertised. The location and everything provided is great for a group of guys on a fishing trip. The only downside for a group of more than 3 or 4 is that it only has one bathroom and everything is on the second or third floor. Bill is a great host and is extremely helpful."

"The place was family friendly. The stairwell going to the upstairs bedrooms could use more light for safety reasons. Also working TV’s in all the bedrooms not just the king size bedroom. Overall a fun time was had by all."

"In a very respectful message, I asked the owner of this property to please let us know he would fix our concerns for future occupants. With no reply, we are sharing our tainted experience. While this place was clean in visible areas, has pleasant views (except for the rundown and possibly abandoned place yards away), comfortable beds, and a nice porch area with 2 lovely wooden rockers, there were definitely issues. No entry code had ever been sent to us for access to the home. The host did...
