The WiFi was not working and was unable to watch television due to there only being a Roku tv. It was on the internet providers end, not the renters and I understand. I was offered a discount on my next stay with the renter which I will take them up on that offer and stay with them again in the future. Overall nice stay.

The house was clean and well maintained. A perfect location for us. We enjoyed watching all the deer. The only negative was the lack of pots and pans to cook with.

Port Mansfield

Over all it was really good. There was a 4" step in the halfway that could get someone hurt. The back glass door did not have a blined. The house was really clean and area was quiet, the location was very convenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and conveniently located with a boat ramp maybe a mile away. The lack of fresh water available to rinse fishing gear or flush a boat motor was irritating to me. The reason given is to help keep utilities low, but for a home that will be almost exclusively used by people who will need fresh water access it is a hassle. Instead you're sent to a car wash in town that you can't help but wonder if they own to make some extra money on a feature that should be included with the home.
