Fantastic location and house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5 and stayed a week. It's a great house with plenty of space, clean, and fantastic location near supermarkets, kid friendly tavern and the beaches are 30 seconds away. Definitely staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wiseberry big and better then it looked in the photos. It was a great location a couple of blocks from the beach and around the corner from the tacking point Taven and shopping complex. We will definitely be back.

Large, but average

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a large home, great size for large familyThere was massive road construction at the front door, main road closed to access. Cleanliness was average, very dirty under couches, behind washing machine, door tracks. The house could do with an overall deep clean

Kelvin Grove property

Great house, great location, very central to everything, Unfortunately for us roadworks were underway the entire stay so a lot of noise spoilt the peaceful surrounds. Property backs onto a major road so lots of traffic noise too. FYI the roadworks won’t be completed until end of 2025.

road works

Property was perfect for keeping us comfortably warm in winter. Road works on Ocean Road/Emerald Road (very nearby) were painful - noise started at 7am. Vibration started at 7am - thankfully both were over by 5pm. Cleanliness was questionable - could have spent a week cleaning but dirt could have been due to the wind and road works.

Unfortunately, the roadworks made walking to the pub awkward, but overall, it's still OK.The property itself is well equipped if very dated. It could really benefit from at least a deep clean, if not full redecoration. There is everything you need for a family holiday including a new tabletennis table.However the kitchen would benefit from a sort out of all the mismatched crockery. The beds although comfortable are ancient and again could do with updating.Overall if you are not bothered about aesthetics this is a great find.

Great Family Home For Holiday

Reviewer Comments: Good location, 10 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to Coles, 15 min drive to CBD of Port Macquarie. Four bedrooms with queen bed, double bed, two single beds and a single bunk bed (two single beds). No indoor parking (garage). Room outside (driveways) for up to seven cars.

Lovely location

Lovely location in Port Macquarie. Close to beaches and shops. Tidy bathrooms and working kitchen. Good for entertaining.

Great family home

This was a great home for a family. Very pleasant to stay in. Very convenient location as Coles is literally across the road as well as a few other shops plus a great tavern. It is a short drive away to city centre and beaches or you can walk to light house beach. Highly recommended house. House was clean and tidy, it just needed airing. There's Aircon and fans which wasn't in the ad so it was a bonus.

Convenient to shops

The location is good - there's a small shopping centre with supermarket and tavern just on the other side of the main road, but it's also a 10min drive from the centre of town and the patrolled beaches if that's important for you.
