Approximately 500m walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants or take a 5-minute drive into the CBD along the beautiful coastline of Pacific Drive.

    This spacious 2-bedroom apartment occupies an elevated first floor position with Juliette balcony and breezes from front to back. Separate lounge and dining provide comfortable living spaces, polished timber floors throughout and a fully equipped kitchen complete your carefree holiday home. Both bedrooms have built in robes with a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and double in bedroom two.

    At Breakers, you will also find a lovely yard to the rear with BBQ area, communal laundry and washing lines for the use of all guests.

Great stay and good location in Port Macquarie.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a Uni student, I needed somewhere affordable to stay while I was visiting Port to attend uni. Breakers is an affordable and convenient option for me and allows me to bring my family while studying away from home.

Had a great time only downfall is no fans in bedrooms so we had to buy our own fans to escape the heat & needed pest control as we encountered a lot Of cockroaches

Great location near Flynn's beach.Guttering above the door is broken - glad it didn't rain while we were there.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good time, although the fan in the bathroom was very noisy, the floor wasn't all that clean, and the unit smelt very musty when we opened the door.The oven door didn't shut properly.

Nice size property

Older property with Good size rooms, lounge room comfortable with double doors that open to Juliet balcony to let air in. No Aircon or heater. Mattress are not very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of bugs, no parking only on street as garages are used by property maintenance.

This apartment is not flash but suited my needs and was very affordable and close to everything. The oven is an issue and needs replacing but over all it was good.

Breakers

Breakers was in a great location. Great if you wanted to walk to the beach or into town and there was shops not too far away with a great pasta and pizza restaurant. Breakers is very old and I didn’t mind that. The downside of it was that it wasn’t clean. I had to wipe down the benches and tables and some cupboards before using them. The floor had sand and dust on it that I had to sweep and the floor boards looked as if they needed a good mop. When I turned on the fans dust went everywhere. The oven door wasn’t opening and closing well and looked like there had been a fire on the sides of the oven. The oven was clean on the inside. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The linen on the beds and towels were clean. The garage door wasn’t very safe. Just note if you want to use the garage large cars would find it a very tight fit. This saddens me as I was having the first holiday since Covid started and was expecting the place I was staying in to be clean. There was no wi-Fi If the place had been clean it would be a great place to holiday. If you don’t mind staying in older accommodation.
