I really enjoyed the location and the amount of space within the unit. I found the wifi to be extremely poor and that mixed with the poor phone reception for the area, made it very hard to make calls and use the internet.

We are surprised as no one or us in 7 years has had any trouble with phone reception and we recently installed individual WiFi signals to each apartment which has been 100 % signal. Very strange indeed.

Sharon and John (on-site managers) are very accommodating and welcoming. We have used this accommodation many times and will be back many more.

A very disappointing stay. The apartment was outdated and unclean. The furniture was old and smelly and the beds were horrific. They were in the middle of renovations on other apartments but this one should not of been rented out in the state it was in. The owner stated our apartment was the next to be renovated. I would discourage anyway from staying in apartment 3 (penthouse apartment) until some huge changes are made. The only upside was the location and that it was right across from the beach. I would never stay here again in its current state.

This is extremely disappointing review. We can not understand your comments as the lounge is brand new and the apartment has always got excellent reviews. We know you had a horror trip and stay but to take it out on the apartment is unacceptable. As usual the more you do the less your thought of as we especially had the apartment ready early for a baby sleep after travelling very long distance and supplied cot and high chair at no extra cost. It would be best that you not stay again.

Absolute ideal location. Stunning views. Close to waking tracks. Beach 2-5min walk. Property is being renovated. Therefore what I believe needs to be upgraded is being done. Clear communication before arrival. I was disappointed that no one was around in departure (9.15am) as I wanted to book another stay. Room had Netflix, You Tube and other Media. Hot water ran out 2 nights in a row. Had to wait an hour for reheat which wasn’t too bad, but inconvenient when you have shampoo in your hair. Cleanliness was an A. Very clean and tidy.

The property is old, and needs a face lift, however the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. We had exceptional customer service if we raised any concerns. They acted promptly.

From check in to departure for my 14 day stay I found happiness. The Managers John and Sharon are "old style" they care you are looked after but do not encroach on your privacy. A no fuss check in or out (they phoned and let me know my room was available at 1pm an hour before the 2pm check in time) .. An adequate selection of tea , coffee , sugar and a small milk awaits you on arrival. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets and pillows, fluffy bathroom towels. Above all the apartment was nice and clean and my washing machine , dryer , fridge etc was all near new. I had a full bath , French press coffee maker, all utensils you could ever want in a kitchen so if you want you can cook an adequate meal easily .. The place thanks to management has its own little heartbeat and a smile is always on hand.. The pool is fantastic and lovely and clean .. 14 great night "quiet as a mouse" sleeps . A short walk to town by path or down the track to the Breakwall and wander in 10 minutes that way . The adequate view I had from my dining and balcony of the ocean across the park was nice to watch the sunrise and surfers.. For the reasonable price you pay for accommodation you cold not ask for more .. Fantastic ...

Great Location
Great spot, across the road from the beach, short walk to the break wall and easy walk into town for dining and the local bowling club is just around the corner. Wonderful views from Penthouse Unit overlooking the park and ocean. The unit could do with a refresh but it had everything that you could need and was clean and comfortable. Our hosts John and Sharon were lovely people , down to earth and very helpful

It is in a good location. The unit is very old but was clean, however the furnishings we nit. Eg lounge material and curtains very dusty,so dusty it gave me alergey. Also In the bedroom. They need to steam clean these. Also shower curtains need replacing and window sills and sliding doors and frames need cleaning. Windows and sliding doors stick and difficult to slide open.

You did ask for the best view and all our information points to 3 story walk up, when booking please check the website and conditions etc it may help you in the future.

It is hard to keep an old property in top condition. They have made the best of the assets they have. Bathrooms need attention - even a bit of CLR Nice people and great location

Great location - walking distance to the beach and town. Great views from just outside our unit. Good entertainment area to have meals outside. Great hosts. Our unit needed a good reno. Musty smell throughout the unit, esp in bathroom and in the bedrooms and mould growing outside a window.

I could not find fault with Beach House Holiday Apartments. Hesitant to say too much in case it fills up with bookings leaving none for us ;) John & Sharon were so welcoming, so lovely to my kids and just made everything so easy. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and BBQ area. Walk to everything. Can't wait to go back.

You will find it hard to get better!
We had a great stay in Beach House Holiday Apartments! It made our discovery of Port Macquarie that little more special. The owners are very welcoming, friendly and professional. The apartments are finished to a high standard and are fully equipped. And I mean: FULLY! There's even a swimming pool and BBQ outside... Location is prime too. Right next to the beach and an enjoyable short walk from the town centre. If we ever go back to Port Macquarie, we know where we're staying!
