Waterfront, Lighted Pier and Family Games!

  • One story waterfront home with private pier, perfect Gulf Coast Getaway with tons of family fun! This one level home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open floor plan (Kitchen/Dinning Room/Livingroom), a game room, a sunroom, a garage full of fun toys and to top it all off a Private LIGHTED Fishing Pier.

    Tucked away in the slow pace community of Alamo Beach, this gem will provide all the entretainment needed for multigenerational families to enjoy their time together with fantastic views of Lavaca Bay. You will enjoy a fully eqquipped kitchen, great sleeping accomodations with one bedroom having a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen Size bed, the third bedroom has a triple bunk bed and there are two sofa beds in the common areas for the overflow. The Game Room has a pool table, dart board and card games. The Garage houses Kayaks, Bikes, games and even and Electric Golf Cart available to rent separetly. The kids room has a TV with a gaming system, legos and other fun games. This home sits on the ground accessible for the ones that can not climb too many steps and is a short drive to Magnolia Beach, Indianola Beach or Light House Beach in Port Lavaca.
    Must be 23 years or older to book the property. Guest must send a picture of a valid ID directly to the host. Host will not provide access without receiving the ID.

    UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed on the property at any given time. Having more guests than what the reservation was made for is a violation of the Reservation Agreement and House Rules. Charges of $75 per additional person per night will be assessed, or immediate termination of your stay may occur with NO refund.

    RESERVATIONS LONGER THAN 28 DAYS: Guests will be required to complete and deliver to the host a signed lease agreement, a questionnaire with personal information, and a security deposit. If the required documents are not delivered within 72 hours after the reservation is completed on Airbnb, the reservation will be canceled on behalf of the guest for non-compliance.

    USE OF PRIVATE PIER:

    Dispose of any leftover bait in the bay. Do not leave it on the cutting table or place it in trash cans.

    Before leaving the pier, remove from the water any bait buckets, fish on strings, or crab traps.

    Clean your area before leaving the pier and take any trash you created with you.

    GOLF CART: The golf cart is available to rent at a rate of $75.00 per day. To rent it, guests must sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of the driver’s license of all persons intending to drive it, and pay the rental fee prior to arrival. In the event that the golf cart is not operational for any reason, the host will reimburse the funds paid for the rental. No other compensation or concession will be made.

    NO PETS: Any pets in the unit will result in a fine of $250.00 and immediate termination of the guest’s stay without refund.

    SMOKING: No smoking of ANY kind inside the house or near doors. If odor or burn marks are found, the host will charge a $500 cleaning fee plus any additional costs to repair or replace damaged property. Smoking marijuana on the property grounds will result in immediate termination of the guest’s stay without refund.

    We have zero tolerance for criminal behavior. Any illegal activities, acts of violence, loud arguments, or fighting will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund. The same applies if the police are called to the property.

    The space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, internet outages, etc. For items within the owner’s control, the owner will make every reasonable attempt to resolve any issues. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the owner IMMEDIATELY if there are any problems and allow the owner the opportunity to correct them. No refunds or compensation will be given for issues that are resolved within a reasonable timeframe or if reported after the stay has ended.

    Guests are responsible for the cost of any repairs resulting from damage caused by the guest, pets, or anyone in their group.

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Time before check-in or after check-out must be arranged the night before. If additional time is approved, guests agree to pay $30 per extra hour. Payment must be received before the additional time is granted.

    Do not clean fish inside the rental. Dispose of fish, fish parts, or bait in the bay—NEVER IN ANY TRASH CONTAINERS.

    Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 9 AM. This rule does not apply during holidays such as Independence Day or New Year’s Eve, when the community may be celebrating.

    Guest and guest’s invitees shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners, managers, and any business entity acting on behalf of the owners from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, and/or injury of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury, and/or wrongful death) arising from the use of the property as a vacation home, including amenities, facilities, grounds, fishing pier, and/or equipment used during the guest’s stay, whether on or off the property. This indemnification includes, without limitation, payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys’ fees, and related costs or expenses, including reimbursement of all legal fees and costs incurred.
