Sleeping Arrangements
Total occupancy: up to 6 guests. The two bedrooms sit on opposite ends of the home for privacy and quiet. The Primary Bedroom features a queen bed, soft white linens, built-in storage, and a private full bathroom close at hand. The Guest Room offers a second queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and its own climate control. Two queen bedrooms comfortably sleep four, with room for up to six.

Waterfront Oasis offers two full bathrooms. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a double vanity, while the guest bathroom features a tub and shower combination. Fresh towels and standard bath amenities are provided.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire single-level cottage, including the living areas, kitchen, both bedrooms, the covered waterfront patio, and the canal-side dock, plus the shared amenities of Long Island Village.
Self check-in is available through a lock box, so arrival is simple and flexible. Keys stay with the lock box at the home, so please do not take them to the office. Your gate card and community wristbands can be picked up at the Welcome Center and returned there at the end of your stay.
Parking is available on site. Long Island Village has limited parking and vehicle-size restrictions, so large trucks, vans, and oversized SUVs may not fit. Please plan for one standard vehicle and reach out with any questions before you arrive.

Long Island Village is a gated waterfront resort community in Port Isabel, set along quiet canals just across the bay from South Padre Island. The community is known for its resort amenities, including pools, an indoor hot tub, a par-3 golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, and on-site dining. Port Isabel's historic lighthouse, shops, and seafood restaurants are minutes away, and the beaches of South Padre Island are a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get around. South Padre Island is roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway, and Port Isabel's downtown is just minutes away. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is about 30 minutes by car, and Valley International Airport in Harlingen is around 45 minutes. Within Long Island Village, the community is easy to explore on foot or by golf cart.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• This is a gated community. A gate card and wristbands are required for entry and for the community amenities, and can be picked up at the Welcome Center.
• Parking is limited with vehicle-size restrictions. Oversized vehicles may not fit, and any HOA parking fines are the responsibility of the guest.
• Please take all trash with you on departure. A garbage compactor is located next to the tennis courts on your way out of the community.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.
• No smoking, parties, or events.
• The home is a single-level cottage in a resort community, so some amenities and spaces are shared with other guests and residents.
