The host needs to realize that this is a business and we were not his buddies staying for free so whatever happens is OKAY. He forgot to send us the lockbox combo for which he apologized and that I can understand that but then the second night we had no electricity in half of the house and tried reaching him, he replied the morning of the next day when we were leaving and said I’m sorry but I’m in Asia and didn’t see your message due to the time difference. I think when you run a business you MUST be committed to your customers, he should have had someone else covering for him while he was gone thus I CAN NOT accept the second apology. Also there are lots of spider web in your bathroom and microwave, please ask your cleaning crew to do a better job (being an absent owner and never coming to check). Anyways I hope you can use the advice and succeed in the future but please decide what you want to do.
