Staff were friendly, however our room was not cleaned upon arrival. There were shoe prints on the chairs, and there was also garbage under the desk and smoke butts on our outdoor patio where it said “no smoking”. Attention to detail when cleaning definitely lacked, but the hotel in general was very clean. Delicious breakfast also!

Nice place. We were in town for only one night. Seemed pleasant, would not hesitate to return. We had a room facing the water and bridge, at night beautiful. The restaurant and bar vey nice, really no complaints it was a great stay. Thank you so much!

There was a lot of construction around the property which made it difficult to reach. The building itself and all of its facilities where very clean and nice.

Pool was nice, big and heated. Had a hot tub also. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and love that it had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave

Normally never had an issue here, but shower gel was empty in shower. We were right above a wedding reception that was on first floor. Paid for a room over looking river and did not want to relocate to room overlooking parking lot. Right at 11 pm the music stopped. Otherwise great stay. Freighters restaurant has great food

Everything was great! From the warm cookie at check-in to the hottest hot tub! Definitely worth it. The hockey players in town woke me up in the middle of the night. Other than that, superb!

Clean, close to amenities and supercharger.
Hotel is very clean, friendly service. We made the mistake of forgetting our pillows - the pillows in the room were all the same so it made for a bad night on my neck. Otherwise, it’s excellent. Oh, and it has superchargers

Really friendly staff and they check on you to make sure you are happy. Wonderful rooms with a massive TV. The pool is one of the biggest indoor pools I've ever seen at a hotel and my family loved it. Located right at the base of the bluewater bridge.

Much Needed Get Away
I loved it. We are avid ship watchers, so the view was excellent. My one and only complaint were the pillows. Way toooooo soft. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. Everything was spot on. Will definitely be back.
