"Very nice property, easy access to dock and fishing…IF there were fish!! Not ONE worthwhile was caught but we found that the is wasn’t the fishermen but the waterway which has caused no fish! Your home is very well equipped as you mentioned…thanks! It was unfortunately stupid hot and humid but the two thunderstorms in the week were amazing with the lightning and thunder! Thanks for a great time for a family of 6 and toddler. "

"One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. It was so well stocked with everything. The kitchen cabinets were labeled and contained everything you could possibly need. The house was clean and in excellent condition. We loved having a beach area that was so private. There were nine adults, three small children and two babies in our group and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. I would highly recommend this property."

"What a unique relaxing stay enjoying birding, kayaking, stargazing, sunsets off the bridge and watching the kids capture crabs galore. We loved the quirky cottage with its amazing large wrap around window views. Donna and Mike are caring hosts, offering plenty of tips on the area when asked. The island is conveniently located close to Yorktown and not far from Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg. The kids also enjoyed both Yorktown and Jamestown beaches during the stay. "
