"Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve."

"We really enjoyed this property and our stay in Grand Bend. The apartment is clean, airy, spacious, and modern. It's also really conveniently located right on the strip but it's not too noisy which is great! The property manager is very helpful and responsive which we appreciated. "The cottage was lovely, modern and very clean. It was nice to have the firepit and access to the sauna and hot tub. Having the bicycles with the electric assist was especially helpful for us. The closeness to great restaurants, beaches and good golf was also a plus for us. We would definitely go back again."

"Had a great stay at this property in Grand Bend. It is conveniently located at the top of the main drag facing the river. Home is clean, modern and recently renovated. Many amenities that I wouldn’t expect such as coffee, tea, condiments and firewood. Only downside is that the owner rents dock space on the river to the parasail boats so the crew wanders through the property mid morning and just after dusk. It was just a little weird and unexpected. Overall. Great place and great location!"
