Perfect place!

This is an amazing property. The design and location of the house is perfect. Everything inside the house is high quality. From the linen, towels, blankets, crockery, you name it, it has it all. We were so comfortable and plan to return soon.

Stunning home in great location

Restus is absolutely beautiful. The home is set up so well with everything you need for a holiday & so gorgeously styled with all the modern comforts.Its beachside location provides amazing coastal views & great walking & swimming areas nearby, as well as a short walk into Port Fairy town.Julie was so lovely to communicate with & very accommodating with any needs or questions.

A wonderful stay!

Our two young families had a wonderful stay at Restus! The house was absolutely perfect and had everything we could need and more. A perfect location and the most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever had at a holiday house. We definitely hope to return soon!

Our stay at Restus was extremely enjoyable..the home was just lovely with quality room fit outs & furnishings & gave us a great sense of homeliness & comfort to enjoy each others company for our 2 night stay We were able to walk to town & along the beach water front area & then return to wonderful sea views from the balcony deck area We would highly recommend staying at Restus & thank Julie for her clear communication with the booking & checkin details

A well rested stay at Restus

My friends and I had an wonderful stay at Restus. Julie was extremely responsive ahead of our trip and was courteous in every one of our engagements. Her instructions were clear and she even provided insights into places of interests around Port Fairy for us to explore. She went above and beyond what we have experienced with other hosts in the past, such as checking to see when we were expecting to arrive and had the heater turned on an hour or so before hand so that the house was nice and warm when we got there. The house was decorated and made up immaculately, putting our own homes to shame! I highly recommend a stay at Restus and can't wait to be back again.

My wife is very fussy and she said it was the cleanest place she has ever stayed in everything of the highest standard ie bed sheets towels ect which made the stay so much more comfortable exactly everything and more was there great stay looking frwd to coming back with family

Port Fairy recharge

This 12 night booking was our second stay here with an extended family group and everyone loved it. The house is sparkling clean and so comfortable and the Cafes of Port Fairy are within comfortable walking distance. WIth so many little touches Joe and Julie are wonderful, thoughtfull hosts and their property 'Restus on South' certainly lives up to it's name. Watching the waves roll in never gets old, whether from the balcony, deck or inside.

Exceptional stylish property with ocean views

Restus is an amazing property with Ocean views and access. The owner and host has done an amazing job in creating a perfect getaway with luxury finishes with an impeccable attention to detail. An absolute must stay if visiting Port Fairy.

Restus is spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and more. Julie was a fantastic host. She was super accommodating and went out of her way to make us welcome. Highly recommend.

Just Perfect!

The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable with sparkling presentation. The location is ideal with safe bathing beaches only a few minutes’ walk away. Town is a little further (I can recommend hiring some bikes from the Surf shop on Bank Street – very reasonable). The two living areas really makes the house very versatile, easily accommodating our two families with teenagers. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds are and how luxurious the place felt. Hosts Julie and Joe made our whole experience seamless with their prompt communication and thoughtful inclusions. We stayed a week and never tired of the view upstairs day or night, and the view downstairs isn’t too shabby either! Leaving was hard but we were consoled in the knowledge that we had already managed to book it for next year!

Beautiful view

The property was very clean, spacious and with a fantastic view of the beach. Our stay was for 4 days with 2 teen kids, and the place was well and truly big enough for the 4 of us. Heating worked well, as it was needed for the July stay, and thanks to the owners for the prompt reply in regards to how to switch it on... I just needed patients!. Thanks for a great stay!
