It includes a fully fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor, oven dishwasher, fridge, TV, hi-fi stereo system, iPhone dock...) with amazing view of the harbour, one bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms in the attic, with roof window, they are very comfortable. One of them has a bed of 160 x 200, a lounge area (sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, DVD). The second bedroom has 2 beds of 80 x 190, they can be joined to have one 160 x 190 bed. Second WC.
New quality equipment, cosy comfort, Wi-Fi, selection of books, CDs, DVD player... Rentals are made on the dates of your choice, with a minimum of 2 nights: weekend, mid-week, week. The prices are all inclusive (charges, linen, sheets, bath towels and tea towels - final cleaning, Wi-Fi). Free car park nearby. No parking in front of the house; however, you can park for a few minutes to unload you bags. No smoking, pets are not allowed.
