"Absolutely perfect little place for two girlfriends in need of a relaxing weekend away! Rachel was so great with communicating and when we arrived there were two VERY DELICIOUS raspberry scones from the coffee shop nearby. It was so clean inside and beautifully decorated. "This is a fantastic place! Very spacious and modern. 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the one is big with a huge shower. Beds are comfortable and place was clean. Nice kitchen with island and nice couch with TV and fireplace. Deck outside was so nice to hang out. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Thanks for having us! We will be back! "This was our first VRBO stay and Sam made the experience a very positive one. Super fast responses from the owner! One huge safety note - while the unit is in a basement, the bedroom windows are all enlarged and meet proper safety standards. The unit is very spacious and our stay was pleasant. Check in/check out was a breeze and we will definitely book again if we have a longer stay in the area."

"We thought this home was the perfect place for our stay while we were visiting Canada. This was a family trip. We wanted to see Niagara Falls mostly. Wellborn was about 30 minutes away from Niagara which was perfect because we weren't around all of the hustle and bustle. The beds were super super comfortable. "Very nice house, enough room for the whole family. Close enough to walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill entertainment, restaurants. (The Tim Hortons right by the house was also fun for the teens.) I can't say enough about the owner, who was so kind and went out of his way to help us through a minor emergency that came up while there. Would definitely stay here again!"
