Cameras are everywhere - NO PRIVACY

The location itself was very peaceful. The house was adequate but not quite luxury. The bathrooms are original to the house and the updates have mostly been paint. The main concern was the seven cameras, not including the ring camera at the entrance. Two cameras are facing the pool/lanai area and are recording your every move and conversation. I rent private homes to have privacy. I leave a place very clean, neat and tidy. It is very creepy that everywhere you are in the back area, you are being recorded.

Just wonderful!

This place is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home has a beautiful lake off of the beautiful Lanai. We spent a lot of time on the Lanai enjoying the pool and the view. We got to see the alligator in the lake a few times. The inside is comfortable and well decorated and maintained. The open kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook as well as a coffee maker, air fryer, blender and more. Trish was great at communicating. We very much enjoyed our stay, watching the sunrise and the savoring the evening swimming and relaxing. This house is also located near so many beaches, so we were able to take some short drives to enjoy a couple different beaches. We would love to return sometime in the future. Thank you Ron and Trish for your hospitality!

Spring Break Experts

We had a wonderful time at your home! From the time we arrived with some lights on since it was night time to the morning we had to leave! The pictures are exactly what the home is! We have never been on a Spring Break trip that we have felt more relaxed! The neighborhood is more quiet than our own neighborhood! The pool was an amazing benefit everyday. We even swam the day it rained! We definitely will be back and we can’t wait! We just hope your home is available when we want to come! Thank you so much!

Great property

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family and the pool area outside was beautiful. Air conditioning is set at the owner's preferred temperature. There were lot of fans available but a couple of nights it was a bit warm for us as we are used to a colder climate at our home. Overall, great property and would consider it again if I was in the area.

Beautiful Home Inside & Out!

This home is beautiful. Stocked with anything you need. We did not take advantage of outdoor grill, however the whole outside pool area is amazing. It’s very large, perfect place to eat, relax, work and play. Lots of beach towels and comfy places to sit. Loved that LED lights popped on at night on the lanai. Garage has lots of items for the beach, fishing poles, corn hole, etc. We love watching different wildlife right outside the pool area including an alligator, many types of birds and bunnies. Very safe area to get great walks or runs in. 15 minutes from Punta Gorda and easy access to I75. Just know depending the time of day you leave, traffic can cause drive time to double. Communication with the owners was very responsive. You can see their special touches they have added to their home for guests. They provided essentials that lasted our whole visit. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay!

Beautiful home and exceptionally well equipped! We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space overlooking the lake. Lots of birds and turtles and we caught a glimpse of the resident alligator!The kitchen was very well set up with lots of dishes and pots/pans. We would definitely like to return! Host communication was great with lots of local recommendations.

Not perfect but very close

The house meets all comfort requirements and is furnished with love and taste. Nice residential area and helpful neighbors! Small drawbacks: Based on the photos and the information about being able to fish at the lake, we thought it would be very quiet there - but unfortunately that's not the case! If you're looking for total peace and quiet, this isn't the right place for you. This and the fact that the air conditioning failed due to a thunderstorm and therefore craftsmen had to come several times, dampened our enthusiasm somewhat. Even if the hostess did everything to solve the problems! She deserves a lot of praise for that! The hostess makes evall matters.

Wonderful Home

Wonderful host

It was a beautiful property and neighborhood. Everything and more that we had hoped for swam daily in the pool. Breathtaking view when you walk in the house. We saw the alligator that was exciting. Central to everything we visited from Boca grand and Englewood Beach to Punta Gorda restaurant and the quaint small town of Arcadia. Would definitely return to this house

Great spot!

Trish is a fabulous hostess! She checked in regularly and left detailed instructions regarding her property. The house was absolutely immaculate. We found everything we needed. Traveling with elderly parents, I was particularly impressed with the HUGE bathroom suite they were able to enjoy. Plenty of cooking utensils and room to spread out! The lanai is fantastic as well as the heated pool. My Dad was able to throw a line out into the pond. A great house, great hosts and a wonderful place to vacation. Thank you!!

Great property

Home was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed morning coffee by the pool overlooking the lake. Lots of birds, fish and saw the resident gator a few times. Liked the walk-in closets in both bedrooms and the large open kitchen. Would stay again.

Pretirement house hunting trip, visiting family.

This house is very easy to get to from I75, and was a quick trip to everything. Very relaxing with caged pool and lakefront view. House had everything you could think of or need to cook either inside or on the grill. We opted to eat most dinners out at the local restaurants.

Peaceful getaway with private pool!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a private screened in pool! It is a very relaxing getaway retreat. My wife and I enjoyed all the amenities and convenience of the location. The host is very attentive and the house has been updated nicely and very clean. Check out near by Visani for a great night of food and entertainment as well.
