Our hosts thought of everything

I can’t recommend this property enough. The hosts thought of everything. The home was spotless along with the pool and the bbq. If you forgot something chances are the hosts have one there for you. Very close to shopping and Fishing Franks if you want to fish off the dock. There are bicycles, kayaks and fishing poles. I will definitely be back

Wonderful Time on the Canal

Property was excellent. Host provided much appreciated welcome gifts. House was supplied with everything we needed. Plenty of towels! Brand new beach chairs were provided. Pool was warm, and glowing pool balls were lovely to watch. Host was welcoming and responded promptly to any questions.

Winter Get Away

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this very cozy home. We had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The hosts were so kind we arrived very late in the evening and they had flowers, a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us on the island. The lights were on in the house so we didn’t walk into a dark home and it was very inviting. The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed, lots of towels, beach, chairs, sand, toys, everything everything you could need. We are already looking at coming back next year.. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the hosts. Great job.!

Quiet street

The property was very clean. It was just like being home. Everything was provided. Had one of the best equipped kitchens for pots pans, and dishes, I have ever stayed in at a VRBO rental. The pool temp was 88degrees, so that was nice in February FL temps.

Clean, comfortable, relaxing.

Beata and Mike have created the perfect oasis. Their home is open, clean and comfortable. Check in was seamless. They were Avery kind and responded quickly to any request. They left a beautiful bouquet of roses on the island with chocolate as a warm welcome! The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with coffee, spices, plenty of pots and pans, plates, glasses and utensils. There were plenty of towels and their choice of guest shampoos and soap is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable on which they use quality linens. There are kayaks and bikes to be used and a grill is available. Their pool area has 2 lounge chairs, a dining table with umbrella (we couldn’t get it to stay up) and a bistro set. For night swimming the pool has a light and fun colored beach ball sized floats in different colors. I would love to get a pool float to sit in the pool next time we go. There isn’t anything missing from this place! We will definitely go back for a longer stay. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Perfect stay in a beautiful home

This home is wonderful and the hosts went above and beyond to welcome us. They gave us a beautiful welcome gift and flowers that were awaiting us. They thought of every detail that would make our stay perfect. There was nothing we lacked in the home. We loved the backyard and enjoyed fishing off of the boat dock with the fishing rods provided. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Great stay

Great property with a pool in a quiet area but near many restaurants, parks and beaches. The house is newly updated and very clean. Well stocked with everything you would need. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

What we wanted and more. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

The property was clean, well appointed and furnished, and stacked with little extra amenities that really made it over the top. The hosts were very attentive and messaged throughout ensuring we were have a great stay and offering to help with anything we may need. Well, we didn’t need anything. They already took care of that. Pool was great and heated perfectly. The patio made for a great relaxing spot while overlooking the canal. Fishing gear, pool toys, bikes, and a grill were all there. Caught speckled trout and snook right off the dock in the canal. That was fun for this Minnesota guy to catch some species I’m not familiar with. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next Florida trip.

A fantastic, quiet, relaxing stay for the family

This property was exactly as described and pictured. Sparkling clean, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed and much more! The pool was nice and warm and was a focal point for our family. We ate lots of meals together at the table by the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and we got lots of waves as we walked through the neighborhood. The host was very timely with responses. They left us an amazing and thoughtful gift basket as we arrived! Such a nice touch! My only minor piece of feedback was that it was hard to get in and out of the kayaks from the dock without a ladder. Our teenager made it work, but us adults were afraid we wouldn't be able to get up to the dock again when getting out of the kayaks without a ladder of some sort. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Spotless and Full of Extras

Perfect location for a special father-son long weekend. Much more than we expected! Fully equipped with a heated pool, canal water front, plus fishing tackle and kayaks. Property manager Beata greeted by a with flowers, candy, and a fruit bowl! Highly recommend.

Fantastic!

We rented the property with a group of 6 people. Where to begin... To start the house is very conveniently located and is less than 20 min from the Punta Gorda Airport in a really nice residential neighborhood in all the canals. There are plenty of places to go within a 20 minute drive of the property and we really enjoyed Fisherman's Village less than 10 minutes away.. When we arrived there were roses, wine, chocolates and mixed nuts on the counter as well as a card from the hosts. The house was spotless clean and very spacious for 6 people. The kitchen was very well stocked and had a small selection of spices available. There were tons of cleaning supplies throughout the house and it was well stocked with toiletries in both bathrooms. The pool was clean and felt like bathwater. We were very pleased that the house stayed warm while we were there as it got down to 30 degrees outside, yes 30 degrees in Florida, yikes... Overall it's a fantastic property and we hope to stay there again for future trips to Florida!
