Great house for family fun

Loved our two week stay. The family really enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard and pool table all located in the large great room space. The fun never ended. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Would return in a heartbeat.

Luxurious comfort

Stayed for one week at My Charlotte with my adult children and their small children. The house is stunning. Just as pictured. The beds are comfy with loads of extra pillows and blankets. Everything you need for cooking and doing laundry. I broke my leg prior to our trip and the house worked well with my extra needs. The master shower was great for me. The pool is awesome (heated) and outdoor kitchen. Was perfect for us. This is a must stay

Beautiful home!

One of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in! Interior is absolutely beautiful! My kids fished right off the dock and even had a small alligator come up to the dock! Kids loved it! Great location! We will be back.

Home Away From Home

We used this home as a home base as we worked with a builder in the area. The pictures are accurate and very well furnished. The mattress and sectional are firm. The bathroom is what we all dream of having. Everything one could expect when renting a home away from home. We plan on staying here again. Gravish - July 2024

Excellent Home

Excellent home but inaccurate listing. The boat dock exists but you cannot take a boat. Unfortunately even though we asked about the depth of the dock, the host did not give us an adequate answer. His answer was, I couldn't find out call the property management office yourself. We never got an answer. The house is great! But if you have a boat you better find a place for it with time. I.wish the host would have been more helpful. That is the reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I believe that you have a right to know all details prior to renting. I guess the host thought that I wasn't going to make a reservation if he would have said the full truth about the dock. He was wrong, I just would have had enough time to find a place for the boat instead of spending part of my vacation in that search. I hope this review helps people who are interested in taking their boat.

Fun & Beautiful Vacation Home

We had such a wonderful time on our getaway. The home was absolutely beautiful, outfitted with everything you could need, and located in a very convenient and scenic spot. The house is right on the canal, with plenty of privacy and space between neighboring homes. The weather was quite chilly, so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor pool and patio as much as we would have liked, but with all of the indoor entertainment options, there was no shortage of fun. We had a few questions during our stay, and the homeowner was very nice and quick to respond. We loved our time at "My Charlotte," and we hope to get the chance to stay again very soon! Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality!

Very clean, well furnished and spacious

We had 7 family members, and there was lots of room. When we got there the pool was warm. We caught catfish and Gare of the dock. The house is a good 15-25 minutes from main beaches but we injoyed the house enough we didn't have to go to the beach everyday like we normally do.

Great stay!

House was clean and beautiful! We loved the pool and outdoor area. It was nice sitting out on the dock in the afternoon sun. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great and well stocked. We were very happy with our stay!

Great place!

Well stocked and beautiful house with a responsive host. Great neighborhood to walk or bike. Gasparilla Island is a very cool spot to go to eat and walk. Would definitely return!

A stay you won’t regret!

Beginning to finish this had everything you can need for the perfect family getaway! A great pool/outdoor patio area with plenty of toys for the kids to enjoy. The inside is absolutely gorgeous with a lot of different entertainment options like a pool/air hockey, smart tv, board games. I could honestly go on and on I just cannot say enough good things. The pricing is definitely fair for the incredible stay you’ll be having.

Superb house

Highly recommended for a family vacation. Very clean house feels like new. BBQ area was fun to used.. Close to the beach by car, we recommend Gaspirilla Island to hit the beach area.
