Excellent. In the last 25 years of renting vacation homes in S.W Florida this one has to have been the best !!! The owners are really nice and their onsite contact is great too.Beautiful, quiet and private location and yet it is only 5/10 minute drive to all the stores you will ever need.The property itself is to a high standard and has everything you would expect and more. Exceptionally clean and very well laid out. Great pride has been taken in this lovely home.Nature is everywhere, from the fishing dock we saw a small gator, 4 foot shark tons of lovely coloured birds.Walking the neighbourhood we came across Tortoises everyday.Many thanks to our hosts Frank and Ute. We will certainly return again and again as this place is SUPERB. Pool area is fantastic, complete with BBQ and views to the intersecting canals. Cannot put into words the feeling of complete relaxation and joy we got here. Loved it xx

The property is in a very quiet area with few neighbors. The home is as good if not better than the pictures and very clean. Owner's local contact is super-responsive. We spent many mornings on the pool deck sipping mimosas and watching the sunrise over the canal. Peaceful, relaxing, and a short distance to town for shopping. A half hour to Venice and gulf beaches.

Wir haben unseren 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Objekt sehr genossen. Alleine der traumhaft schöne Ausblick auf den Kanal, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück auf der geräumigen Terrasse ausgiebig ausgekostet haben, ist unbezahlbar. Wir konnten mehrmals einen Alligator im Kanal sichten, Wahnsinn! Das Haus befindet sich in einem ausgezeichneten, sauberen Zustand und es ist alles da was man braucht!!! Auch die sympathische Betreuung während des Aufenthalts von Michael war ausgezeichnet. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit. Volle 5 Sterne!!!

Although we arrived the day before Milton and stayed the first night after chatting with Mike we decided to evacuated down to Miami for two nights, on our return, Mike again was sorting all the issues left from the storm even cleaning all the windows. The villa was wonderful and clean the pool lovely and warm, we definitely want to return, the area is lovely but we will aim for May/June next thankyou for letting us share your beautiful villa

Lovely setting and outlook for our holiday. The outside of the property looked a bit untidy by the end of our two week stay due to the grass not being cut. Our children had hours of fun in the pool. Pool toys and beach umbrella provided in the garage. Very peaceful location but easy access to local attractions.

Mit unseren drei erwachsenen Kindern haben wir knapp drei Wochen (Juli/August) in der Villa verbracht und die außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung, die optimale Lage zu Geschäften und Umgebung und vor allem den Pool sehr genossen. Das Haus ist einfach schön und besticht durch seine Lage am Wasser. Alligatoren konnten wir nicht beobachten, jedoch haben wir einmal einen Delfin gesehen. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die gleichmäßige Klimatisierung des gesamten Hauses bei den subtropischen Temperaturen draußen, so dass man sehr angenehm schlafen konnte. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, von reichlicher Küchenausstattung über Handtüchern bis hin zu Gewürzen. Verwalter Michael kann man bei Fragen jederzeit kontaktieren und bekommt unmittelbar eine Antwort. Während Hurrikan Debby, den wir miterleben mussten (nur im Randbereich), den Steg und die Straße unter Wasser setzte, waren wir froh, es uns in so einem großen Haus gemütlich machen zu können. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Alle nötigen Informationen kamen unaufgefordert und ließen keine Fragen offen. Die Beschreibung des Objekts ist sehr ausführlich und enthält auch wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir konnten uns vorab ein gutes Bild machen - alles traf hundertprozentig zu. Wir danken und können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

The house was exactly as it was pictured.. very modern and beautiful. Had all the amenities of home. The pool was such a nice bonus to have when the teens got bored or we just need some down time from exploring.

Property exactly as advertised. Ive been renting similar properties thru vrbo at least once a year for past 8 years. This was cleanest and best equipped in my experience. Check-in was super easy and Michael was wonderful about ensuring all was ok. I have been in property management for over 30 years so i speak with knowledge about the property itself as well as the management. I will be back.

I want to start this review by saying that this villa is absolutely fantastic and is in a great location for some peace and quiet. The view from the pool/lanai is the best I have ever seen in the last 40 years of renting villas. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would require. There is a double garage where the owner has a car stowed, however this did not cause any problems, as there was ample room for two cars. The nearest neighbour was 500 yards away, so no noise from them. Like I said if you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The bed in the main room was very springy which disturbed your partner with every movement. These next comments are not meant to put people off renting this villa, but for the owners to improve their accommodation for future renters. The villa has three bedroom, which could hold at least six guest, however there were only two sun beds next to the pool and because they had no cushions they were very uncomfortable. The pool had steps leading in, however a handrail would have been very useful, especially for older guests, my wife and I fell in a couple of times getting in and out. The property only has satellite TV and Internet. Both of these were the worst I have ever come across. The selection of TV channels and the picture lag were dreadful, making the TV almost redundant. I hope these remarks do not put future guests off, equally I hope the owner looks at my comments to improve his beautiful villa.

The house was amazing. Walking in the front door we were greeted with high ceilings, updated furniture and a great view of the pool area and water front canal. Our stay centered around the solar heated salt water pool. The pool overlooks the water front canal at the intersection of 2 canals giving an large view of the water. Our stay was for the month of April and the solar pool heater worked great. By mid-afternoon, the pool water had heated up to 86/88 degrees each day. The pool pump motor happen to fail during our stay, but it was replaced/repaired the next day. I still cannot believe that it got repaired so quick! Big thanks to the owner/local contact! Eating our meals at the pool deck table was like eating at the best seat at a waterfront restaurant. Hence, the local restaurants did not get a lot business from us. There were plenty of fish to catch in the canal behind the house. Most were catfish of very good size. There were many other fish jumping about. Our favorite beach in Florida/US is Siesta Key and we went there several times (1 hour drive away). We also visited Manasota Key Beach (30 min drive) many times. Manasota Key is noted for finding shark teeth. We also catch several fish there. The house was well equipped and everything worked perfect. We hope to rent this house again in the future.

Stayed at the property for 2 weeks. It is located in a rural location which is very quiet and peaceful. The view from the pool and lanai is just as pictured. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and everything you need has been thoughtfully provided. A car is a must in order to reach the many shops and restaurants on the US 41.

Lovely Villa, equipped with everything needed. The pool was lovely and the canal location was very peaceful. Close to all the usual shops and restaurants too. We did struggle with finding any water sports (boat, jet ski) hire locally but that would only have been a bonus to an already great holiday.

We picked this property mainly for the view from the pool and we were not disappointed. The house is very clean and comfortable. It more than met all of our needs. The property manager checked in via text to make sure our needs were met and was very quick to answer any questions.

Super ausgestattetes, tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger, sonniger Lage direkt an einem Kanaldreieck, toller Blick, voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, sehr gute und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Min. Autofahrt, ca. 30-40 Minuten bis zu den traumhaften Stränden Venice Beach etc. Beheizter Pool mit Beleuchtung, Top gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were impressed by how clean and well equipped the house was. Our questions were answered promptly by the property manager and the location was really convenient to everything we wanted to do while still being very private. We were able to get to beaches, nature areas and stores all within a 15 to 45 minute drive. We would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting a relaxing get away. This property was beautiful and the process was seamless. I have something’s to point out however are not deterrence to stay here again. Traveled with my 3 month old and almost 2 year old grand children and there was not anything at the property for this age group, portable crib or high chair. The master king mattress needs an update, very uncomfortable and squeaky, the queens in the other rooms are great though. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay again as it’s only 7 minutes from my dad’s house.

We stayed at the house for two weeks at the beginning of November 2022. The house is lovely, the photos don’t do justice! It was immaculate, spacious, everything you need! The kitchen is very well equipped. The view is fantastic, we enjoyed sunrise every morning, the pool and outside area is private and so nice and the pool was cleaned weekly. We absolutely loved it and definitely will come back! Mike who is looking after the house was in contact during our stay to make sure we have everything we need. Overall can’t fault it! We stayed in many properties in Florida before but this one is the winner for us! We had amazing time! Thank you Frank and Mike!

Great place to stay! Very quiet location with great backyard view of the canals and private pool. We didn’t have boat so did not take advantage of the dock and canal. Home was furnished with all the necessities- even chairs and other items for the beach! Just as pictured and described- no surprises! We would definitely stay here again!
