BE CAREFUL GETTING DISHONEST CHARGES FROM THIS HOST TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE.
AT FIRST EVERYTHING SEEMS NORMAL, I WAS POLITE ,TOLD THE OWNER TIME OF ARRIVAL, INTRODUCED TO HIM.
BEFORE LEAVING, I ALWAYS CHECK 2 HOURS BEFORE THAT EVERYTHING IS CLEAN SO HOSTS DONT HAVE TO DO EXTRA WORK. BEFORE WE LEFT ON OUR FIRST STAY I SAID BYE TO HIM POLITELY AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WE TELL THIS OWNER HE HAD A PLUMBING ISSUE LEAKING ON THE SINK AREA (WHICH WAS WEIRD THAT HE HAD A BUCKET BENEATH THE PIPES). LATER ON I RECEIVED A WEIRD CALL FROM HIM SAYING ONE OF THE GUEST DAMAGED THE PIPES AND EVERYTHING WAS A MESS ON THE KITCHEN (WHICH MAKES NO SENSE SINCE HE WENT INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND I SHOWED HIM EVERYTHING). ANYWAYS I TRIED TO KEEP IT POLITELY BECAUSE IT WAS HIS POINT OF VIEW AGAINST MINE AND IT WAS GOING NOWHERE, SO I KEEP IT COOL. WE EVEN BOOKED ANOTHER STAY WITH HIM! THIS TIME HE WENT EVEN FURTHER, HE SENT ME A PICTURE OF A CHAIR THAT WAS NOT PLACE ALL THE WAY TO THE TABLE (THATS NO REASON TO CHARGE), ALSO THERES NO DISHWASHER SO ITS NORMAL TO HAVE BREAKFAST AND LEAVING 3-5 CLEANED DISHES DRYING ON THE RIGHT SIDE IS NO BIG WORK). THIS HOST CALL US FOR A DAMAGED ON THE PIPES TELLING US WE BROKE PURPOSELY THE PIPES AGAIN (MAKES NO SENSE, MY CARD IS ON FILE ON THE APP AND ITS OBVIOUS NO ONE WILL DO THAT). HE THEN TO JUSTIFY HIMSELF SAID WE MADE A MESS IN THE OVEN (A PICANHA ON THE GRILL OUTSIDE AND AFTER IT WAS ALMOST COOKED WE LET IT SEALED PROPERLY IN THE OVEN) HE CHARGED ME 100$.
