  • Wonderful newer constructed 2 bedroom condo built on the banks of the beautiful Mississippi River. Enjoy the spectacular river views from inside the unit or outside on the covered deck. Comfortable beds with luxurious linens await your stay with us along with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Plenty of restaurants, sports bars and taverns within walking distance. Popular 18 hole golf course and golf simulator minutes away. A short 15 minute drive to the popular Bett Plex Sports Complex in Bettendorf Iowa, 10 minute drive to LeClaire Iowa and 20 minute drive to the Quad Cities makes this destination a perfect get away! Coming by boat? City boat dock is right behind the property. Bike path is also directly behind property so bring your bicycles. Owners on site so a worry free stay is ready for you!

The location on this rental is perfect. The cleanliness and decor are both top notch. These units are about the size of a large deluxe multi room hotel suite. Enjoy! This worked great for guests from out of town during a large family get together.

Great condo to sit and drink coffee while watching the Mississippi River. You can watch barges and trains on the other side of the river. Port Byron is a cute sleepy town. You are walking distance to a great restaurant, Tuggers. The condo had everything you need.

We have stayed here before and it was as a great as we remembered. It was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It is spotless, has perfect views, in a great location being within blocks of bars and great restuarants, and the kitchen was stocked with anything you will need.

This is an excellent location right on the river and has everything needed including full kitchen, very clean coffee pot with coffee available, bath stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and check in/out easy with great communication! Highly recommend!

Blue Suede Suites

It is a beautiful and scenic location amazing the bald eagles that was on the river! We can’t wait to go back in the summer months.

Birthday getaway

Great scenic condo on the river. Updated decor, comfy, beds, clean, well-stocked kitchen. So relaxing to drink coffee on the outdoor deck in the am. Would love to stay again❤️

Girls weekend

What a great property! Check in was easy, place was clean, beds were comfy, there were all the amenities needed for us to feel at home and the view was incredible. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Waterfront Getaway

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It contained everything we needed to enjoy our stay and to relax after busy days of visiting family. The location and ambience can’t be beat! The host was very responsive when I needed to amend our reservation and with check-in instructions. All the logistics were easy.

Getaway road trip

This place was perfect to get away from the big city. Everyone in Port Byron was welcoming. And the restaurants around there are all privately owned, a lot of Great places to eat. Sitting on the balcony watching the Mississippi river roll by was pretty relaxing also

Peaceful weekend retreat

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Spent our mornings on the deck, catching up and enjoying coffee while watching the river activity. Bed was comfortable and the sound machines were a nice touch! Definitely recommend!!!

Golf Weekend

Our stay was perfect! Cute little town with very friendly people everywhere we went including the golf course, bar we ate at, and the few stores we stopped in. The deck of the apartment was fantastic over looking the river! We saw so many ducks, geese, and other wild life. Building and neighborhood were quiet. Short drive to the John Deere Classic. Would love to visit again.
