We had a great time staying here. Was really impressed with hiw well the house is stocked. You have everything you need. Of course you might have to eventually get some the heavy use items (toilet paper, paper towels). Would definitely rent again for a large group.

Our stay at this beach house exceeded expectations. The property was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout of the home was perfect for our group, offering plenty of space while still feeling cozy. The location couldn’t have been better; it was quiet and relaxing, yet only a few steps from the shoreline. We especially loved enjoying our coffee on the deck each morning while listening to the waves. Communication with the host was outstanding—they responded quickly and provided clear instructions. Family vacation

The house was clean and mostly well stocked.Extra towels should be provided in the Master Bedroom's en suite bathroom since that shower has to be shared with those using the 6th "bedroom" that is really just a daybed in the corner of the open gameroom area on the 3rd floor.There is sufficient seating in the kitchen, but not really in the livingroom area for the number of family members that take up the bedrooms.The refrigerator is kind of on the small side and didn't stay very cold, except in the very back, which froze the fruit and vegetables in the drawers.While its a nicely kept, clean house, there's room for improvement.P.S. the rug in the livingroom needs to be fixed, as the corner is curled over and tripped two of my grandkids, lickily none were seriousness injured.

Love the place!

Me an my family had a great time the only thing i wish that could have been better was a bigger driveway an a elevator only becaue i had some family members with bad knees other than that its a really nice place!! I loved how everything was set up an all the beds were comfortable! Hot tub was really nice! Loved the fire pit!

Fantastic Cabin for Family Getaway

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin for three nights, and it exceeded all our expectations as a perfect retreat for entertaining. As advertised, everything matched the listing description. The cabin itself is in a serene location, offering great views and a cozy atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. One thing to note, however, is that the cabin spans three floors with the kitchen located on the top floor. While this layout enhances the views and ambiance, it might pose a challenge for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional responsiveness of our host, especially considering recent concerns I've heard regarding VRBO hosts during Hurricane Beryl. I reached out to the host with several questions, and they were prompt with their responses. They reassured us about contingency plans and were willing to discuss refunds and rescheduling options if needed. Thankfully, we didn't have to take them up on any of these offers, but their proactive approach and genuine concern for their guests' well-being were highly appreciated. Overall, our stay at this cabin was nothing short of perfect. From the lovely views to the thoughtful host, every aspect contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting.

July 4th

My family (kids and grandkids) and I were looking for a fun place to enjoy the Independence Day week together and we found it in the Beach Rose property. The location was so convenient to a wonderful part of the beach, grocery stores and service stations, and restaurants without the hassle of the huge crowds of Galveston. The house was new and perfectly clean with nice size bedrooms for everyone, fun game rooms, and a wonderful family room and kitchen stocked with everything you need in a kitchen. The yard was fenced and the perfect place for our two dogs. Finally, the top floor had a deck on both sides allowing a fantastic view of the fireworks on the beach all the way to Galveston! All communications with Janice were perfect. She provided helpful information about the area and responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We definitely look forward to our next visit to Beach Rose.

Great location for a large group

We entertained a large group of family and found the home well equipped and comfortable. The first level of the home houses 4 of the bedrooms with a front and back porch. The upper level has the master suite, game room, kitchen and living area and a front and back porch. The ground level was a great place to hang out.

Location was excellent house was beautiful other than as soon as I got there at 3:55 the cleaners were still there they were not complete with their work and they left the hot tub was filthy nasty filthy I drained it cleaned it filled it back up the house itself was straightened up but it needs a major deep cleaning now with all this being said I would definitely rent this house again my biggest concern was the hot tub out of all of the amenities but all the other amenities was perfect for the group and I
