  • ¡Nueva construcción bien amueblada con todo lo que necesita para una escapada perfecta a la playa! El hogar está al final del culdesac en un lote enorme con mucho estacionamiento y privacidad. La gran terraza de arriba es ideal para pasar el rato, escuchar las olas y mirar el océano. La cubierta tiene sol y sombra. La gran área de entretenimiento en la planta baja le da la bienvenida a familiares y amigos para pasar el rato, cocinar en la parrilla de gas y cenar arriba o abajo con áreas para comer en ambas cubiertas. También divertido bar, herraduras y Bimini.
    ¡La ducha de abajo es conveniente para un enjuague rápido al regresar de la playa o tomar la ducha por la noche! Si quiere pescar, ¡use la estación de limpieza de peces detrás de la ducha para preparar su captura! Las fotos cuentan la historia de esta casa más que las palabras. ¡¡Disfrutar!!

Beach access very convenient. Kitchen well stocked and appliances are well appointed. Home is fully furnished and tastefully done. Beds are very comfortable. Outdoor patio sitting area and outdoor shower are wonderful. We would definitely rent this property again.

This house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room for our family which included 3 teenagers. Great location that was close to the beach in a quiet, laid back neighborhood. The house had everything we needed- games, kitchen supplies, etc. We definitely want to return!

Overall impressed with rental. Easy walk to beach with beach views from house. Kitchen full of all necessary cooking appliances plus more. Extremely clean. Definitely 5 star stay!

This beach home was very nice, well decorated and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. It was within walking distance to the beach and the kids really enjoyed playing on the beach and collecting seashells. Everyone had a great time! They do need to fix the front door lock because it was super hard to lock and unlock, and the lock on the gate as well as the bunk room need to be fixed for safety of small children.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect walking distance to the beach. The whole family loved it, and we definitely plan to stay again!

Spring Break Get Away

Our stay at Sip N Sea was a great time away for a few days. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it had great outside amenities, the area was so quiet and peaceful, and the weather was nice on top of it all.

This house was amazing! It has just about everything you'd ever need and then some. Families will love items for babies and children, as well as items for adults (cocktail area, coffee items etc). Our host was wonderful, and quickly attended to any issue we had. We hope to come back again!

We love staying at this home! This was our second time there. The house is prefect for a family! It’s always clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals from breakfast to dinner. We’ve never had any problems stay at this house. You can see the beach from the porch it’s very relaxing! We recommend this house 10/10! We hope to be back again this summer!

Everything is absolutely beautiful here and the best location to the beach. The door was a little hard to lock but that is literally the only issue during our entire stay! Can’t wait to turn this into our spot for an annual trip!!
