Great place in the middle of all the Beach Action

We loved our stay. Great place. Loved watching all the beach activities from the deck. The beach parade was great. You are right in the middle of all that Crystal Beach has to offer. We had alot of fun. Loved the house. Great location!

Breathtaking and Cozy

Not only was the view magnificent and the walk to the beach super short, but the staff was amazing! Do be prepared to bring things like toilet paper and ice, but the kitchen had all the items and everything you need to bring is covered thoroughly in your pre-arrival email. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Family House

We recently stayed at this house with my sister and her family and it was perfect for all of us! The room set up is great for the kids, we were able to separate the teenagers from the younger kids - the mezannine level was almost like the teens had their own house and we didn't have to hear them up at all hours of the night. The location and views were amazing and the rental company was very responsive and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Would definitely rent this house again!!

Family Fun In The Sun 🌞

We had looked at the pictures of the property online and it was beautiful, but it doesn't come close to the real thing. The house is beautiful inside and out. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided and more. The views of the beach was breathtaking. We could sit on the deck and watch the sun rise and set on the water. We had easy beach access and it wasn't over crowded. The locals were super nice and helpful. We truly made memories that will last a lifetime. This was the first of many times we will be coming together as a family at the beach house. We would 100% recommend renting a beach house from this company. The professionalism and quality of care was like no other rental place we have used in the past.

Great views and beach access.

This is our second stay at 1Tip Sea Time. The cottage was very clean. Large kitchen is well stocked. Soft, high thread count bed linens. Plenty of towels. Large balcony with great beach views. Easy beach access. Conveniently lose to The Big Store. Ocean Properties does a great job managing their rentals. Allowed to bring our pets is a bonus. Bedrooms have ample space for a large dog crate.

Everything we hoped for and more!

This home was truly perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated, clean, had absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen. Nothing beats the view from the front door. There was plenty of space! The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and throw blankets if needed. We absolutely will be renting this home again! We have rented many homes and nothing compares to this one. The management team were so friendly. Though we didn’t need anything, they checked in to ensure everything was great and we didn’t need anything.

Relaxing unobstructed views of beach.

Great view of beach. Can hear the waves. Conveniently close to Big Store and DG. Mezzanine was perfect for son and DIL with new baby. House was clean and provided everything we needed. Check in and out process easy. We enjoyed grilling on ground level, dining outdoors on second level (Mezzanine) , and relaxing on third level deck (main house). Upper deck completely wraps around house so we even had a view of our cars and Harleys coming in and out from rally. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Don't forget to bring coffee and spices. Highly recommend.

Labor Day weekend fun!!

Rented property for Labor Day weekend. We rent at least 5 beaches houses a year in Crystal Beach and this one definitely toward the top of list. We had 16 guest and this house worked out perfectly with size and beds. One room with 4 beds is on the 2nd floor mesadeine deck. The other 3 rooms were one top floor. The only Cons I would is the water pressure here is horrible. So much so that it was hard to even shower. The other one would be that this property is sandwiched right between two other houses within an arm reach. The house to the east actually has a connecting walkway to this house on the top floor which is cool if you had a lot of people and rented both houses. However, if you dont have both its kind of weird when hanging out on the mesadeine deck you can almost clearly hear your neighbors talking and you are literally like 20' from them.

CRYSTAL BEACH

Great property! Unobstructed view of the beach, easy access. If you have two families considering vacationing together, the house next door has a connecting deck on the 3rd level which would be fantastic. Great bar area on the second level and shaded seating area. We used Texas Custom Carts for golf cart rental and would recommend them. The main living area is on the 3rd level and has two flights of stairs to negotiate if you have older family members as we did. We only had 10 family members stay there and were very comfortable, with room to spare.

Outstanding cottage & views.

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at 1 TipSea Time. The cottage was spotless, soft bed linens and plenty of bath towels. Comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. We loved the open floor plan. Ocean views excellent and unobstructed from family-kitchen area, master and secondary bedrooms. Morning coffee on the deck, watching the sunrise, listening to the surf. Bonus apartment on the first level enjoys the same beach views and attention to detail. Located close to the Big Store and JB’s fresh seafood. Great beach combing. Found some beautiful shells for our collection. Our dog loved the front door beach access and frequent walks. We started booking cottages on Crystal Beach, 4 years ago. We will not hesitate to request this cottage again. Best Regards, Sharon & Don

Awesome Accomodations

This house has great accommodations for a large group. The house is very clean, spacious, comfortable and the ocean view is amazing. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals minus the food and spices. We traveled with 4 big trucks and two boats and there is plenty of parking which is a huge plus for my group.

It was a fun relaxing weekend, 1 Tipsea was the perfect cabin for us!

Great house!

We stayed at this house for a few days over spring break. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with kitchen essentials. The proximity to the beach and the view from the balcony can’t be beat. Would stay here again!
