We had a fantastic stay and having a private pool and being able to walk straight out to the beach made the home and location special. Additionally, having an outdoor kitchen with a well equipped indoor kitchen we opted to dine in and enjoy the home more than we normally would. We will definitely return and highly recommend Gulfwinds for your next stay.

The house was beautiful !!! Couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was quiet and serene with a million dollar view !!! The house is stocked with everything imaginable. The bathrooms were like a five star hotel , rain showers ,towel warmers ,lighted blue tooth vanity mirrors. and then you have downstairs, the pool, the hot tub the games that they have for you the propane grill the extra refrigerator in the garage. Everything was top notch DeeDee was always quick to respond if we needed anything and very helpful , she had a complimentary bottle of wine and dog treats when we arrived . This property is worth every penny !

Gulfwinds Beach Home was so worth it! Great views, super cute decor, fully stocked with everything you could imagine! The pool and spa were amazing. We would spend our time on the beach enjoying the sun, surf, and breeze then head back to the house to relax in the clean water of the pool and the shade. Sitting out on the deck in the morning with coffee was so peaceful and our evenings were spent sipping wine in the spa and chatting. Would recommend this place 100%. Thank you for hosting us.

Birthday Weekend

The house was amazing, which made the weekend amazing! There was plenty of space for all 7 of us and the pool was perfect with the hot tub! Access to the beach was a short walk and the house was every thing we wanted. Definitely recommend this place!

Home away from home

This place really did feel like a home away from home to me. It was very cozy and clean. It was nice to be able to bring out two little dogs with us. Peaceful, quiet, great location, had everything we needed.

The perfect peaceful getaway!

I am so impressed with this property! It was everything I dreamt of and more! We are a family of 6 with 4 kiddos ranging from 2-10 and this house was perfect! The beach view from the whole house is breathtaking and all of the included amenities (like the hot tub, pool, VR, snowcone machine, beach wagon & beach toys) were such an amazing bonus! I loved the most that the beach wasn’t crowded with tourists! It was like our own private beach! We plan to make this house part of our Spring Break tradition. If you’re thinking of booking… just DO IT! You won’t regret it!

Wonderful beach stay for thxgiving

This is a wonderful beach view property with easy access to the beach. It was ideal for our family of 5 with 2 grandparents. The kitchen has full supplies. The living room has lots of gameboards and great seating. We enjoyed the hot tub. It is only available for 3 hours per day and you need to provide times in advance. Communication with host was very easy and very responsive. Lots of beach towels and supplies. Overall an excellent place to stay and spend thxgiving.

Friend Getaway

This home is on our favorites list now. True walking distance to the beach. You can enjoy your coffee on the deck with unobstructed views of the ocean. This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in comfort and the host is very responsive should you need them for anything. It was easy to start relaxing as soon as we got there.

Amazing house, meh beach

Stayed in this propriety for 3 days with my wife and 4 kids. We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years and, as far as beach properties go, this one was the best. The house is in immaculate condition and is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was better stocked with utensils and other necessities than my own home. The owners were very prompt to return any communications and even met us upon arrival to explain a couple of things. The views were beautiful and the deck was a fantastic place to take in the beach vibes. I will say the pool was a little smaller than expected, but it was quite nice and shaded - just don’t expect to be doing any diving or vigorous activity in it. Now the beach itself definitely left a bit to be desired. I’m not sure if my review is completely accurate since they were still recovering from a hurricane, but it wasn’t that great. The water was very murky and my kids got stung by jellyfish multiple times. There was a lot of debris on the beach still and the pathway from the house to the beach was a real hike. Perhaps after some more time this will be better, but that was my experience. Again, as far as the house goes it was top shelf, but the beach was meh.

AMAZING

Let me first say, DeeDee is amazing! Very quick at a response no matter the time and will answer all questions! The house is beautiful, location is perfect, The beach is a minute walk! She literally has everything you need, utensils, plates, tube ware, every appliance you could need, 2 sets of washers and dryer, an extra fridge in the garage for drinks. The area made it nice because it wasn’t as busy as other spots on the beach, Restaurants, grocery, gas, mini golf, donuts, are all within 10 minutes! Ferry is a 35 minute drive, If you are thinking about booking just do it! This place is worth every penny, the pool was nice for when we were done with the beach, outdoor shower is close so you can rinse off after the beach, Plenty of outdoor chairs to sit under the house and enjoy the shade and pool! I can’t say enough about this house and the host, we will be back! Thank you DeeDer for everything
