Absolute perfection. Such a great location to n the beach! We had fantastic views. The property is exactly as shown, super clean and nice. Zero complaints here! Property owners are easy to work with and communicate seamlessly. Would absolutely recommend and definitely remember this home for our return trips! Love!!

Quick Getaway!❤️

We stayed three nights and it was wonderful. The beach house was in prime location to the beach, clean, with an eye for details which did not go unnoticed❤️ There were good views of the Gulf. The grandparents could watch the kids playing at the beach from the decks! Plenty of eateries close by and a large grocery store as well. Thank you so much for supplying us with a great place to stay! We certainly plan to do it again, soon!❤️❤️❤️ 🐙🦑🦐🦞🦀

Amazing home

Home was amazing, freshly remodeled and furnished which made me slightly nervous being the first guest to use everything. Painting was still in process of being completed however owner contacted me to inform me and home was spotless when we arrived. We were also informed that there would be issues with internet ( which there was) however owner graciously gave us an adequate rebate for loss of use. Property and location was perfect my only suggestion would be for owner to install blinds over primary bedroom balcony door, the neighbors have a Birds Eye view directly to bed. We would love to stay at this beach cabin again on our next trip to beach.

Family Vacation 2021

This was our 1st experience using VRBO, and we couldn't have picked a better place than Wait-n-Sea to spend our week in Crystal Beach. We had 6 adults and 3 kids, the youngest was 2. Kelli Mathews was an amazing host, we loved the house, it was exactly what the pictures showed and exceeded our expectations The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kelli was always quick to answer any messages or concerns we had. We were unfortunately without electricity for almost 24 hours but this was totally out of her control, the whole peninsula was without power, but we made the best of it. Kelli went above and beyond making sure we were all ok throughout the whole situation. We will definitely be back and we will rent again from Kelli. Thank you Kelli for making our stay a memorable one, we sure made lots of memories.

Great location and super cute!

We rented the house for my husbands 30th birthday with three other couples and when we arrived we were all excited about how close it was to the beach and how cute and updated the house is. Kelli was great and very responsive when we had some WiFi issues and a power outage! Would highly recommend and will be renting again in the future!

Wonderful Location, Sweet Manager, but Very Dirty

The house is in an absolutely amazing location and it’s a beautiful house but it was filthy. We spent the first evening and next morning washing comforters and rugs that we could tell hadn’t been washed in quite some time. The floors were full of sand, as were the showers and just about every corner of the home. All three showers were full of mold. The mattresses are in desperate need of replacing. None of us slept well. I notified Kelli of the filth, and she was an absolute sweetheart and told me she’d contact the cleaning company and gave us a nights refund. I think the cleaning didn’t take one step in that house before we came. Rugs weren’t where they were supposed to be and we crunched on the sand throughout the house. I chose this house for my family and while we had a great time at the beach, so much time was wasted cleaning obvious things that should have been cleaned. Had the house been clean, we would 100% be back next year. Thank you again Kelli for being so sweet and I don’t blame you.

BRING A MOBIL HOTSPOT. This property is stunning. Well stocked and very clean. My only complaint is the WiFi. Please update this system. It was one of the worst I’ve ever had. You simply can’t use it. Otherwise this house is 5 stars all the way around. Bring mosquito repellant. One of the neighbors has a water storage and the mosquito game here is intense!

My family and I chose this location for a quick getaway. The house has great beach views with easy quick access to the beach Pros: Great location Great outdoor decks Spacious Nice kitchen/ dining area Fully stocked home Cons: Tile in bathrooms need a deep cleaning/scrubbing Living furniture needs replacing asap (owner is aware) Overall cleanliness could be much better.

Quick beach getaway

Although our stay was short, we enjoyed ourselves! Home was very clean. Great layout, relaxing and comfortable. Beach views were great and it’s very close and easy to get to the beach. The internet was down and this made it difficult for my husband to work as he had planned to when agreed to go with us. We have Verizon and could not get our hotspots to work either so this was a bummer. Would also recommend prop mgmt do a walk through several lights are out, lamps either don’t work or bulbs need replacing, some outlets didn’t work and small typical maintenance items. All of the smoke detectors had been removed and were in the pantry which made us a little uneasy , maybe someone didn’t get batteries replaced in them before we arrived? All normal issues with a vacay rental and home on the coast would stay here again.

Dream weekend for our family getaway

Our 6 adults and 2 small children all enjoyed a nearly perfect weekend here at Wait N Sea! All the beds were comfortable and they had absolutely everything we needed. Love that you can both see the ocean and walk to it. The downstairs shower was super great- so it made it easy to clean up and keep the place tidy. Loved the 3 full baths, which were convenient for having numerous people. We made every meal in the kitchen and enjoyed lunches on the downstairs picnic table. Loved the chairs on the porches- super comfy for wood and nice to have cup holders. We utilized the beach chairs and baby pool from the garage (a little disorganized but had lots of stuff in it for use). Easy check-in and out instructions. We hope to come back and stay at this same place next summer too!

Nice house!

The house has good location, nice view, and it is a very nice house. The internet never worked and i feel the management company should check the house before the renter arrived to make sure everything works. The patio was dirty from the birds. There are not TV’s in the guest rooms. Overall it is a good place!
