Home was beautiful and perfect location on the beach for our large family Christmas vacation. Amenities were great and plentiful. Host was absolutely the best we have had from the past several years renting on Bolivar Peninsula. Highly recommend the home.

John was communicative from the start and answered all the questions we had. The house was well stocked with everything you need and exceptionally clean. The views of the ocean were stunning. The area is very family friendly, for a quiet, relaxing vacation, the perfect place to rejuvenate. There are several good restaurants in the area, and nothing is really more than 5 or 10 minutes away. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future!

I highly recommend this house! We had a great time staying here. It’s very comfortable. It was perfectly clean when we arrived. What you’re asked to do as far as cleanup upon checkout was very reasonable and minimal. I love the attention to detail like throw blankets in every room and fans in every room. The beach access is great!

We just spent a week at this beach house and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for our group of six adults. Each bedroom offered just the right amount of privacy and comfort, making it easy for everyone to relax and feel at home.One of our favorite parts of the trip was the location. Being just steps from the beach meant we could enjoy morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, such a peaceful way to start the day. Evenings often ended with a soak in the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun.The owner, John, was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. It’s clear he puts a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience.We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

We had a great family vacation here! Location was perfect, house was comfortable and well stocked. We loved the hot tub and outdoor toys and REALLY appreciate the beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella, and wagon). We will be back!

Family vacation

We met up with family to stay and everyone loved it. The grandparents loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch everything that was going on at the beach. The kids thought the bunk room was perfect so they could stay together. We had a great time in this wonderful home.

Fun & Relaxing Beach Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home! The beach house was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation! We loved being only steps from the beach, the hot tub, activities downstairs, plenty of beach chairs to take down to the beach and of course the chairs and swing on the porch to enjoy a great ocean view! Our host was welcoming and responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.

Senior Prom Trip

Another mom and I rented the house for several of the Seniors to relax after Prom and Senior Skip day. The bunk room was perfect for the boys to each have their own bed. Location was great with nice beach access. Host was responsive and easy to reach. Thank you.

Annual Girl's Beach Reunion

This place was perfect! We do an annual Girl's Beach reunion. A Group (9) of longtime friends come together each year from multiple states to "Hang at the Beach". This house was perfect, and we are already planning for our return next year. The Host was very responsive to any and all questions, adaptations, change in days (We extended our stay). Easy check in, great location, wonderful views. We felt like we were on the beach itself sitting on the deck. Very Spacious and clean house. Kitchen was fully stock with any and every appliance we needed. The Blender, coffee maker and air fryer were awesome and got the full work out during our stay. Everything you need as far as Baking dishes, serving dishes, Utensils, pans etc. First couple of days the weather was a bit chilly but with the large (and clean!) hot tub we did not even notice. There were games, beach chairs, toys and even a wagon to load everything up to bring it the short distance across the small dunes to the beach. This house would also be perfect for families with children. The top bunk beds were roomy with steps to enter which allowed the adults to utilize comfortably and without an issue. We do this every year, and this is the first time that everyone was happy with the property and unanimous vote to return next year.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning views, the immaculate cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house had everything we could possibly need—fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with easy access to the sand and waves. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise was pure magic. The sunsets were equally breathtaking! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We truly felt at home and didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway, look no further. This house has it all, and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Peaceful and Epic views

Homeowner John provided a property that exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, the property was very clean and the amenities provided allowed for very little to be needed during our stay (paper towels, trash bags, TP, coffee pods, detergent, feminine products, Q-tips, etc.). The beds were perfect And comfortable. The hot tub was clean, modern and well used after a long day. My family and I would not hesitate to contact John for another stay in the future. Thank you!!

Best weekend at the beach!!!!

I can’t say enough about how awesome this house is - it’s right on the beach (literally a 30 second walk to the water), SO clean, has beautiful decorations, fun games, and an awesome hot tub! Our group of friends went down to escape the cold for a weekend. We had no problems throughout the weekend - John was so helpful with our questions, and even had a fun bottle of wine and snacks out for us when we arrived! I will definitely be coming back.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

I loved how close this house was to the beach...it made it easy to go back and forth to the beach throughout the day! This house has everything you need for a fun family get away! Loved that it had enough beach chairs that we could each have one. All the games in the storage garage were a nice addition for family fun and chill time at night! I would book this house again if going to Crystal Beach!
