We had a great stay! Brad was a great host! The few little issues we had, Brad corrected them pretty quickly- when the beach umbrella was found completely bust, he got on the ball and did his best to replace it quickly. He actually provided a brand new, full size canopy and sandbags, which was way better for a family of 7 anyway! We let him know that a few light bulbs were out and he was happy to know… I think sometimes the management/cleaning crew pro doesn’t let him know every little detail the way they should. When I was looking to book a beach house, I read the reviews for this house and one guest complained that the security cameras would announce you were being recorded. That wasn’t once an issue for us. Another guest complained that the sheets were dirty. Just let Brad know as I’m sure it was the cleaning crew’s problem and he needs to know that. Overall it was a wonderful stay!!!

Very clean and well appointed home. Great layout with plenty of room for all. Super close to the beach and to all the things you might need in town. Brad was very communicative and helpful.

Wonderful stay. Small glitch when first arriving but communication with owner had it fixed immediately. A very comfortable home for our small group of three but could easily accommodate the number advertised. We loved the deck and ocean breeze at night. Close enough to beach that we could walk there in less than 3 to 5 minutes. Found the property pet friendly with enclosed area and foggy bowl. It was relaxing enjoyable stay.

Crystal Beach

Perfect enclosed porch and grass area for my 2 dogs. Close walk to beach. Only downside was stained pillows and couch. We spent the first 3 hours of our vacation cleaning and rewashing the bedding/towels/dishes. We did enjoy the visit after we cleaned.

Family Memories

thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. Had everything that we needed and then some. Walk to the beach was quick. House is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. I am thinking of booking house again for myself and my 50 (age) girlfriends. Would highly, highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home and beach view property.

We enjoyed this beautiful, clean ocean view home celebrating our sons 25th birthday. It was the perfect cabin for cooking, entertaining and enjoying family and friends. The cabin was fully stocked with all the essentials and plus some! Brad was a wonderful and very attentive host. We will be back and highly recommend this place!

Family trip

We enjoyed our time together, but it rained almost the entire time. Getting to the beach over the ramps built over the dunes was not a good experience. There was standing water and the mosquitos were everywhere. This was not the property managers problem, but would be nice if the area made some fixes to that. The actual home was clean, nice and well stocked.

Best Vacation Beach Home

This beach home has everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach and is incredibly beautiful! The kitchen is fully furnished and has abundant space to prep and cook meals. There is plenty of space for seating in the living room and at the dinning table. You can see the waves while you relax on the sofa! The beds are super comfortable! The kids loved the spacious bunk beds and Big Joe's seating in the bedroom. The deck is spacious with a great view of the waves! The house is close to a nice walkway to the beach and to an entrance for golf carts. The grocery store, called The Big Store, is a minute away and has everything you need, including an Ace Hardware. The host is quick to respond to any questions you have and was very helpful during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our second time at this property. The house itself is beautiful and stocked with anything you might need. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk to the beach. Brad is an excellent host with great communication! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We rented this for our family vacation and it was perfect!! We loved the fact that all the rooms were on one level, the kids loved the bunk room! The beds were comfy, along with the big master room. Overall it was a fabulous rental and very good communication with the host.

It was a good stay. Kid friendly. Porch had plenty of room for the kids to run around and the gate for safety. Having a smart TV in each room was really nice. Location was good and quiet, convenient being so close to the big store.

Family Weekend Fun

We rented the house to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Everything was great and the house is very well stocked with anything you need. There was an issue with the keypad but I’m sure it has already been fixed. The owner is very responsive to any question that come up during your stay.

Heaven at the beach

Best one yet!

So many things i liked about this rental. We rent several times a year on boliver. Usually we have to buy cookware, or just random things. This is the 1st time, a rental literally has everything needed and then some. Beds are extremely comfortable compared to so many, even the bunk beds. The home was clean, the host answered a question immediately. All in all 10 out of 10 recommend this host and home. We booked this trip last minute just to get away. And didnt have anything planned, so to come in and have everything needed was nice.

Great Family Friendly Beach House

The house is family friendly and has all the “stuff” you need to enjoy the beach. It has a beach view and beach access with a short 1 min walk! The neighborhood is close to the grocery store and several restaurants. The house is well equipped with great amenities, super comfy beds, and great streaming tvs in the living room and all the bedrooms! We will defiantly book this house again on our next trip to crystal beach!

Great house!

The house was great for our group. It’s pretty inside and very clean. Lots of extras like plenty of towels and extras in the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach or short ride in a rented golf cart. Crystal Beach is a wonderful family friendly Texas beach!

Perfect for our family of 5, spacious

We had a really great stay! The house was very clean overall. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space. The only thing we didn’t have that we kinda missed was a toaster but that wasn’t a deal breaker because we used the air fryer constantly and now want to purchase one of our own. The walk to the beach is only a couple minutes and we took the wagon that was provided which was very convenient. The walking bridge to the beach has stairs and not a ramp which made it tricky with the wagon but we made it work. Our kids loved having tvs in their rooms which made the stay extra fun for them. We also played the card game, Exploding Kittens, a dozen times and bought the game as soon as we got home. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained but not too much. The outdoor table is in need of repair or replacement but worked perfectly for sifting through our shells. I left my medications at the house when we depated. Brad was prompt with helping me figure out what to do in that situation which I really appreciate. Brad was a great host because he just let us do our thing without interfering but was accessible when we needed him. We really enjoy Bolivar and can’t wait to go back!

Loved the house.

Amenities Galore! The best rental house we have ever stayed in. So many little things I appreciated, like a night light in the kids room was a life saver. On top of that, the house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
